“Excellent service and care for my kitty, Tuffy. They were able to see him within just a matter of hours when I called. I truly appreciated the care given to Tuffy.”
“I've been here twice, both for my dog's hip issues and a newly developed back problem. Both times, they have been quick to get me scheduled in.
Dr. Sears and his staff are lovely and kind people. They don't push unnecessary procedures or treatments and are very clear about what they will do for treatment and the next steps toward successful treatment, or if further evaluation is needed.
I really appreciate the honesty and care that the whole team provides.
Highly recommend the whole team here and look forward to working with them in the long term.”
“Impressed with all of the staff that we have encountered here; this is truly a well ran locally owned clinic. We have always received thorough explanations from Dr. Bando and feel like he really listens to our concerns and gives us his full attention. Never left waiting for our appointment time or feel rushed out of the office (which was the norm at our prior vet). All the staff members love their jobs and it shows. Prices are very reasonable as well. Glad to have found this place!”
“Everyone is wonderful here! My 3 dogs likes everyone there. It is easy to make an appointment. The veterinarins are wonderful! Dr Jay & Dr. Nikki take the time to explain everything when your pet is not feeling their best. If your pet needs surgery, they will let you know if it is something they can do there or give you a referral.
I have had experiences with other places that just treat you like a number and they do not seem to care about the welfare of your animals just as long as they can collect as much money as they can and still cannot tell you what is wrong.
I am so glad I switched here. THANK YOU for your wonderful service from the vets, assistants, and to the front desk.??”
“Great, friendly, professional and understanding staff.
Maizie being my first dog, the staff have been so helpful in guiding and educating me when it comes to her health and her breed.
The staff here are my to go to people when it comes to Maizie.”
“All of the staff and vets at Cross Creeks are amazing! We usually see Dr. Julia and she is always so attentive to needs and concerns. While my dog is nervous, everyone takes their time and care with him.”
“Years of love started with a recommendation to Compassionate Care, my Vet was winding down her practice, my German Shepherd needed to be spayed, Compassionate is an accurate description, I hated to leave the parking lot that day, but the staff made me feel at ease. Years later they assisted at her journey across the Rainbow Bridge. Now they tend to my Jack Russells with the same level of care!”
“Dr. Anne Duffus and her staff at WHAH, always go above and beyond for each and every animal as well as their owners. Dr. Duffus is compassionate, up to date with all the latest technologies in veterinary medicine which makes her private practice a cut above the rest. WHAH, will always get you in for an appointment if your pet is in need whether you are a client or not. Highly recommend WHAH, this place is not just a job for the staff and Dr Duffus, you can see in each and every one of them, this is their passion!”
“First time at Animal care Hospital with my pet Punky Brewster. The Vet and all the workers were Wonderful.
Will be returning.
Thank you Animal Care Hospital
?✝️?”
“This was the best experience with a vets office we have ever had. We had our male dog fixed and I didn't worry about him at all. They were patient and kind and you can tell they really love the animals In there care. We really appreciated the photo updates during the day too. Our Huckleberry is healing very well and we will be bringing our cat for her yearly shots.”
“Lifelong patron, still my only vet.
So accommodating for anything I’ve ever needed: from routine care, short-term kenneling, to adoption… and the unfortunate cremation services.”
“Been going here for a couple years now and every once in a while you run into vets who make it clear they have zero intention of doing anything but the bare minimum of human interaction. The vet we saw made us feel like they did not want to be there. Will most likely be taking our cats to another clinic going forward.
Edit: Leslie Peltier no longer works there. adjusted rating to reflect.”
“If I could give Dr. Kahan a million stars I would. He is genuinely the most caring vet I have ever met. A wonderful doctor and wonderful person. I dread the day he retires!”
“Love our vet they are all great people they really love there jobs and the animals. The prices are good and have wellness programs that are so helpful for all stages of life.”
“This place is awe some i have some feral cats out in my backyard and garage, a mama cat had 5 kittens last January. I got them fixed and relocated before i could catch her through the summer. It was hard to do. She was pregnant again and delivered 2 more babies. Went to cat welfare? Got vouchers. Mamma cat fix for $20. One babie is fixed one more to fix, they are a blessing, wonderful bunch of people. But it a process but it's worth it”
“I don’t know where to start. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.
Making the decision to put my sweet girl to sleep was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. To make that choice isn’t something I would wish on anyone.Putting her to rest was, at the end of the day, the best and most humane thing I could’ve done for my girl. Before my dog Lotus got sick, she was chunky, full of life and the sweetest little dog you would ever meet. She would sit by my side all day if she could, and she loved being outside enjoying the sun.
Towards the end, she developed what I can only describe as a complete immune system shut down. Her body stopped responding to medicine, she could no longer put on weight, her skin broke out and she had fluid in her brain. That’s just a few of the many things she had to go through. From the moment she drew her first breath she was fighting, as some of what she went through was congenital. I thought that if I kept trying to “fix” her , that she would get better. At some point her treatment because experimental, and there was no coming back for her. My sweet girl was suffering.
The moment I had to go into the office, I was greeted with open arms. I was alone, my husband had to work so going through this was enough already, but I’m also pregnant. I was having the worst week of my life. Regardless, The women who worked there made sure I had my time with her and made sure Lotus and I were cared for through every step. They didn’t rush me through the process, they had my best interest in mind and one nurse/receptionist even hugged me and made sure I didn’t feel alone,(and so did the veterinarian?)She was so extremely warm and helped me so much through the process. I believe her name was Lexi, I hope I got that right. She was the sweetest and I’ll never forget how comforted I felt by her and the rest of the ladies on staff that day. The Vet that performed the procedure was also so sweet as-well during this incredibly difficult time.
Again from the bottom of my heart I want to thank everyone at Parsons Animal Clinic for how my took care of my sweet girl. Without a doubt I could not recommend them enough. I hope everyone there has a blessed holiday season. God bless you all ???”
“Hey these people are wonderful. I took 2 friendly ferals in and 1 house cat. They don't skimp on the care, all the cats needed shots and other stuff. They are reasonable and quality care.”
“My mom has been using this vet over 20 years and has nothing but good to say about him I would trust him with my animals life if that tells you anything he is beyond generous too.”
“Dr schwab is as good as they get with a heart of gold! Ran into an injured stray cat that needed emergency care and Dr schwab was the only one in town that I could get to help asap. If you need quality animal care I would highly suggest this hospital. Thanks again will definitely return as a customer if needed!!”
“The staff at Chittenden Veterinary Clinic did an excellent job with my Golden! I called and expressed my concerns about my Rosie rose, they were upfront about their pricing. I was able to be seen within the hour due to a cancellation. I highly recommend them to anyone.”
“I seriously can’t say enough good things about Red Maples. They are always so friendly, often remember our cats when we come in, don’t try to upcharge/ push unnecessary things, affordable compared to other vets, they answer all our questions, and often see us quickly during emergencies. Our cat Vince stopped eating/ drinking last week and after 24 hours we needed to see a vet asap, they got us into the office within 3 hours of calling. They took great care of him and ran all appropriate tests / sending us home with some meds and asked for a phone call follow up. When I called Friday saying he hadn’t improved, they offered to get us some meds that night. This is the only place we will take our boys.”
“We absolutely love Dr. Fine and her staff! They treat our dog (Jax) with love and care while also allowing us to advocate for him. I cannot say enough great things about them!”
“Took our dog for his annual shots. Able to schedule an appointment within a few days. In and out in less than an hour. Dr Beer was personable and knowledgeable. Costs were cheaper than Banfield (Pet Smart Vet) or German Village Vet. Dr Beer treats the pet in front of you. Care Pet Clinic does require a $60 deposit (via credit card) to hold your appointment. Also Care Pet Clinic charges a $25 fee for a prescription not filled at at CPC. Overall good experience will use them in the future.”
“I had such a wonderful experience at this veterinary clinic! The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring toward my pet from the moment we walked in. Dr Carder took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. The clinic was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, my pet was treated with so much compassion and gentleness. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring vet.”
“After many years of being hesitant to take my older dog to be seen, I decided to bring her to Grandview Animal Clinic and Dr Mike and his assistant (forgive me for not knowing her name, she’s really SO great and helpful) were both so patient and did wonderful with her. I previously brought in Omar who we had in our temporary care and they also did so great with him, which is why I returned back with Kayda. Thank you both so much for taking the time to be trusting and willing to work through her nervous behavior. I know I can always count on you guys for any concerns I may have moving forward.”
“This vet has a lot of medical expertise and has solved problems with my cats that another vet was too slow to act on. They helped give one of my cats live an additional six months when he was in kidney failure. I wonder if he would have started here, maybe his issues would have been addressed earlier and perhaps he would have never gotten to the point of kidney failure at all. I trust them with my furry loved ones.”
“[Severely overdue]UPDATE: They’re open and in business. Just a roof leak issue. Though, we are sad to hear Dr. Beer has retired — through we wish him well! Cheers to a happy retirement!
Arrived to my appointment to see that Care Pet Clinic has abruptly closed without warning “until further notice.”
I received an appointment reminder on Monday for today’s appointment (Wednesday). Imagine my surprise to arrive to their doors locked. No call or email to notify me that I’ll need to find a new Vet and to save me the trip.
I feel bad that this is what prompted me to write a review because I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Beer. Dr. Beer has been caring for our Husky, Dexter, since he was a pup and has done an excellent job helping us navigate the occasional health challenge for Dex, who is now 14.
I hope this is temporary, but as of now there’s no telling.”
“Everyone was professional a really friendly. The vets are knowledgeable and explain what’s going on so you can understand and make informed decision. Even though it is expensive for those of us on limited income, they are always available when you need them.”
“I want to give the biggest and most heartfelt THANK YOU to the staff and Doctors at the Groveport Canal Animal Hospital! Everyone that works there has been so wonderful to me and my cats! The kindness that has been shown to me has brought me to tears with gratitude and touched my heart greatly. I have had to put two of my kitties to forever sleep with them and they were so very wonderful through both ordeals. I had to make the difficult decision to send my 16 cat Gigi over the Rainbow Bridge and the Doctor and staff were so wonderful, helpful, and kind. They were so understanding and it meant a lot to me that they helped me through the difficult decision and process and so kindly made ink prints of her paws and her nose. For both of my kitties the staff sent me a card with handwritten messages of sympathy, and I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and it brought me to tears because it’s so sweet of them! I also had to have my cat Frankie undergo surgery to remove bladder stones and they were so wonderful and took such good care of him, sending me pictures and keeping me updated throughout the process. They also helped my 12 year old kitty Coco with an eye infection! They take such good care of my kitties! The doctors and staff are always very communicative, and take the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Their extremely thorough, and prices are not outrageous, and they are upfront about costs. This Animal hospital is one of the BEST I have ever been to! Thank you so much for everything that you do and how much you have done for me and my fur babies! -Heather”
