Waited on hold on the phone for 10 minutes and still never answered. picked up once at 5 minutes and asked me to hold. I drove all the way to the store (didn’t have what I needed) and while I understand you can’t have everything I could’ve saved the time both on the phone and the drive had someone answered the phone.

It was a nice supply house for a rural area but not nearly as big as most supply houses I've been too. They didn't have what I was looking for but seemed to have alot of electrical supplies.
