Im a AAA member and i went too go get my rear breaks fix and the rotors and they overly charged me 506.00 and i spoken to a AAA representative and she told me they shouldn't have charged me that much I recommend you go somewhere else and another thing they do alot of whispering that is rude and they can't look you straight in the eyes that's how you know they are full of it.

Had a screw in my tire so I went here to have them check it out. They said the tire needed replaced. Okay that's fine so I order the tire I want which was delivered the next day (today). I drop my car off and asked if they would put air in all 4 tires while my car was there. Sure no problem they said. Got a ride home they called fairly quickly which I was impressed until I got there and the tire with the screw was still on my car. They said they made a mistake and changed the wrong tire. Well if you put air in all 4 tires as you said you did when I got there you would have known the bad tire was still on the car because it had a lot less air than the other 3 tires and also you could clearly see the screw. I will not return here.

It was just @ closing. There was two in the garage finishing up work on an auto. We had a low tire indication on. They checked the tires and found a screw just near the edge of the treads. They repaired/plugged the tire for us in a very short amount of time.
Being an AAA member, I was extremely satisfied with the service service. I have been having a history of low air pressure in tires and did not expect anything in any tire.
They deserve Ten-+ stares.

I recently visited an AAA Bob Sumerel tire and service location 5031 Dixie Hwy. Fairfield. Ohio. they’re like, “Hey, Kroger fulfillment center, we need backup!” So they slip some cash to Kroger (because apparently, Kroger is the bouncer employ bilingual and black Americans in this scenario). And guess what? Kroger sends in the cavalry—These folks are like money-hungry pros, acting all shady and money extorting, blood money left and right. These black Americans and bilingual ( both men and women ). Their mission? To chase me away, like I’m some kind of intruder . I brought my car in for oil change. it turned into a frustrating experience. Initially, the cost seemed reasonable at $103 for synthetic oil change. However, things took a turn when they added an extra $18 charge for changing the oil tank plug, for a questionable reason, but their explanation seemed dubious. To make matters worse, a few days later, I discovered that my windshield wiper fluid wasn’t working – it seem like they had tampered with it while my vehicle under oil change service. After driving my car it still feels like my vehicle oil was not actually been changed. Two weeks later, I decided to change the oil in my car. I discovered that the oil filter was dirty, the oil fluid was dark brown, and the oil tank plug was not new. they intentionally planned to fail, was not done with out putting much effort and it was time consuming. they intentionally planning to pocket my money without providing proper maintenance to my vehicle. I spoke to the manager on duty, who refused to reimburse the money. He claims to have been a live eyewitness while the service was performed on my vehicles. I suspected , that the staff employees didn’t want me to return due to their treatment and questionable oil change. It feels like they prioritize specific customers over others.

Every time I go to this store they try to rip me off,,, They have their own policies. I would recommend them to get air from at this store and nothing else. Not only trying to rip me off they put my new Nissan on the rack then lifted it by the door they forgot to close. This place is a joke. Sad but true.

Dropped off vehicle for repair. Was told later in the day that they don't have the tools and equipment to repair vehicles with tires that big. But please pay us for our time because we did look at it.

Been going to this place since my kids was in elementary and now they both grown and I still go their and my daughter also and if you have Triple AAA you can used it because they accept it and can get you signed up as well for the discount
