I've been going through Aaron's for 6 years and never been late on any of my payments actually been early they never have to come knocking on my door or calling my phone for a payment i have paid off 3 things from Aaron's over the past 6 years each being 24 month lease. Why I'm giving Aaron's a 2 star review is because y'all do absolutely nothing for your loyal customers well at least not for me you don't I've lived at my residents 4 years of those 6 years y'all know where I live why was I told I couldn't take something I wanted to rent with me the day I came in there to rent it? I was treated like I was a stranger that has never rented through Aaron's. It's put a bad taste in my mouth about Aaron's the manager saying we need to know where the merchandise is going knowing I have rented from Aaron's for 6 years. I most likely won't be back if y'all are gonna treat your loyal customers like that I don't need to give a company my business or my hard earned money. I understand there's people out there that don't pay and make you Chase them that's not me I do pay and have paid my stuff off.

I don't want to leave a bad review because they are grate for what they are. I understand bills and payments are due and you sign paper work saying you'll pay. But the fact that they call me on the due date and it's not even 5 pm yet. is borderline harassment. I've always paid and have used them for 8 years. And have always received messages about my loyalty and being such a grate customer and get treated like this is unfair and down right degrading After this item is paid off I will never return.

Real down to Earth people. The approval process was easy which you can do over your phone. The staff is good at addressing my concerns and I definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

My Recent visit to pay on my account, was terrible. I waited at least 12 mins for someone to come to counter. There were no other customer in the store. A black male associate came from the back and did apologize for my wait. He was on his break but stop to help me. The other came from the office and said sorry I took so long was ordering my lunch. I like Aarons but the quality of management isn't the same. Love the ez- pay very convenient.
