This place is horrible they contacted me after raising my payment and not let me know that my payment was now$98 from $70 now they don't want to let us have access to the unit after we talk to them and told him we'd be here the 5th that we're not renewing it that will go ahead and move everything and still didn't do that turned our access off and denied us do not rent from this place they will try to rob you

Angela was very responsive to my inquiry and she was very pleasant to talk to. The unit was clean and the grounds were clean as well. Give Store Space a try when looking for storage units.

We have used Store Space the last 2 years for our son who is a rising Junior, at Syracuse and they have been awesome. So accommodating with our needs being so far from Texas. Teri, the new Syracuse location manager on Bay Rd is amazing. We feel like family. We have summer of '25 to store again which will be our last. Thank You Teri(not sure of correct spelling- my mom is Terri, too).

Let’s see where to begin, They called me and asked if I moved out of the unit I said no, Then they proceed to tell me that the locks were gone and it’s empty, And the strange part is whoever took our stuff swept it out, They told me it didn’t go to auction , So why aren’t their cameras near where my unit was ? I just want to know what they did with our stuff, Now I have to file a police report for possible fraud on their part, There was over 2,000 dollars worth of stuff some from my deceased dad,grandma, grandpa and father in law, How can they sit and lie to my face and my daughters? Idk what else to do because they really don’t want to talk about it, I’m not sure how you can throw away a small headstone like why? I attached their reply plus some of the stuff they got rid of, Don’t tell me to call you because I talked to a guy that told me what they did no remorse no nothing

Service was great. Angela knew what she was doing when it came to setting me up with a storage unit. She was very friendly and quite helpful. This is my second time renting a unit and I would recommend storage space to my friends and family. Storage Space it a great place to store your stuff. Very clean and the prices are reasonable. Angela should get a great thumbs up for what she does.

I’ve been waiting outside of the facility with my stuff since 12:00pm. No one is located on the property to help get access into the building. I’ve tried calling and writing emails. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened to someone and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

Me and my wife’s storage unit was robbed. Our payments was up-to-date so our insurance was up-to-date with this place on my birthday February 6, 2024. We decided to stop by to grab a couple things from storage at that time. We noticed a large amount of our Belongings had been stolen at that time we made a police report. I filed a claim in May with the insurance after the detectives reviewed videos and everything and couldn’t find anything on camera. This has happened several times at this location with different people. The detective told me one of the managers was fired not long ago my wife always suspected she had something to do with the items being stolen from our unit because we seen her boyfriend going through several units and I know they didn’t rent several units so he must’ve been going through other peoples units and he was not an employee there. I’m assuming that’s probably why she got fired but not for sure I still haven’t heard anything about insurance claim I’ve spoken to several different store space locations and no one knows who I am supposed to contact in regards to my property claim here. It is almost July this place supposed to make sure your items are safe, but I lost more than $2000 worth of sentimental belongings, as well as tools, fishing poles, jewelry, and other miscellaneous things that I thought was going to be safe, but I was wrong. I feel like a lot of people was victimized here because it was an inside job me and my wife has always felt that way.
