I am a techologically challenged senior citizen who bought a new-to-me iPhone 13. Had no idea how to transfer my contacts from my old phone to the newer one. Stopped in the store where Nate kindly and patiently assisted me. His help was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Nate.

I came into the Hamilton store in a frantic situation about my screen and my phone. Nate the store manager took time and gave me comfort. He fixed everything that I questioned and help me with some learning skills on how to work a program. I appreciate him and the people who trained him he’s exceptionally qualified, and his kindness prevailed over our whole 30 minute experience Please give him kudos because he deserves it thank you jacki ryan

We changed our wireless from Verizon to AT&T. Nate helped us with all the sign up, trade ins, first responder discount, and new phones. Nate was professional, very knowledgeable and super patient! I highly recommend letting Nate take care of you!

Nate was extremely helpful and engaging! He was able to answer all my questions and he fully explained the different "tiers" of services and costs associated with each one. I'm not sure I will switch over to AT&T just yet, but if I do, it will solely be because of the outstanding service Nate provided today.

I was at the store twice during “open” hours, and the place was locked, without explanation. I called once, leaving a message. No one returned my call. I called again later and was on hold for over 20 minutes. When someone finally answered, she had no idea why no one was there and ended up hanging up on me. I guess I’ll stick with AT&T store that’s not a “retail store” in the future.

Christopher did a great job helping us with phone upgrades, going above and beyond what I expected. He was working the store alone this particular day but managed to juggle a couple customers with patience, grace and efficiency, moving each of us towards our end goals. I would highly recommend this young man to anyone.

The store got me what I needed and didn’t try to upsell me on too much. It is their job to upsale so I can’t be angry for trying. Nate was also quick and reasonable price.

My wife and I were very pleased with the exceptional service we received from Nate at the Hamilton store. He went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Not only did we leave with all new devices and new cell service we also got new satellite service. . We cut our cell phone bill from our previous carrier down by half the amount. We also cut our satellite service down by half the amount. I also received a discount for being a veteran. Go see Nate and let him hook you up! I am so glad we did ! :)
