“I love zips when the vacuums actually work at this location. Lately they've been lacking in that area. I love that they have towels and what looks like window cleaner (you should label it and put your name on the bottles so it's got a logo and we know what exactly it is)For realThe vacuums not being available to use is becoming an issue. I understand they are free, but that's the perks Zips offers as apart of using their car wash services. So I think if that's one of the perks they offer- they need to work on that bc otherwise, you start to become just like any other carwash. And when that happens you lose your spark and then people start going to the other guys that are closer. I drive out of my way to go to zips.... because of the perks they offer. So get it together Zips Springdale lol”

“These people truly are the best at what they do. They 100% do not mark up their parts and will show you their receipts from their parts store. They will also let you in their garage to look at your vehicle while repairs are getting done. You will know the entire labor price up front and it will not change. Also I am not a bot or a paid person just had a really great experience with these people. They treated me as if I was there own family. I highly recommend if you don't want to get ripped off to see these people. Also another benefit is they do not charge to diagnose your vehicle that saved me $180 right of the rip. Just go see them Tim is an amazing person and great mechanic.”
