I took my dad up there yesterday to purchase a new battery and Austin helped him at the register. My dad asked Austin if he would install the battery and Austin went right to work! Temps outside were about 10 degrees. Austin got it done and my dad's truck works great! Austin is top notch! He's the person everyone should strive be like! Thanks Austin!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Auto Zone when I went in to purchase a new battery and get it installed. The employee who helped me make the purchase for the battery was Ben and he was very helpful and kind. John installed the battery, and was rude as soon as he came out from the back. He asked me the same question twice which I gave him the same response both times regarding a $3 purchase I did not make because it was not necessary. This really seemed to bother him. He installed the battery with no explanation or updates. Once the battery was installed, I thanked him and he walked away without saying anything.
The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. John clearly doesn’t care about customer service, and the attitude was completely uncalled for. I won’t be going back to this location again.

Over an extended period of time AutoZone has consistently provided a 10% discount without fail for my service as a veteran.Their warranties are good no hassles when you need to exchange something. They go the distance to treat me well and I appreciate that.

I went to this store yesterday. I have been trying for 3 days to find this part. Commercial Manger Ashley just so happen to be out on a run when I delt with 4 people to get this stop light switch. Ashley came in this morning helped me and found it right away!! Awesome store the girl is a rockstar!! Thanks Ash!

Best parts shop I’ve ever been to, I always buy the parts I need so my mechanic friend can fix my car, and this is the first time I wasn’t made to feel like a moron for not knowing about cars. Bruce is the man!
