Had an appt for 1pm for simple covential oil change. Arrived at 12:52 and my truck wasn’t pulled in garage until 1:35… I then sat and watched them walk around and checking tires and other things on truck when I’m here for oil change. My first time ever here, as I sat with a guy in waiting room who had been here over hour half for oil change and tire rotation he just told em to forget rotation. I mean oil changes should take 20 mins or less no matter what. This place speeds kills them as I will take my business elsewhere moving forward. Came here because close to home but been terrible experience. People make appointments to have a schedule in life and it just should never take as long as it does. They had multiple techs in garage. Unreal tbh.

I was on some pretty Extreme time restraints. I needed two new tires and oil change and some bulbs put in. They said it’d be about an hour and a half two hours. They got it done in an hour for an amazing price. Staff is great and friendly. I am definitely going back for future service work.

Broke a belt on my drive tire. Stopped at big O to see if they could help us out of staters. Salesman Mike took us right in and treated us very nicely. Unfortunately they didn’t have the right size tire in stock but took out my spare and mounted it and sent us on our way free of charge. Can’t ask for better service!

Darrell was amazing to work with. I came from out of town and needed my tire checked and he was able to check it out immediately and get me in last minute for a new tire.

Came in because I bought a used tire that was no good that I couldn’t even drive on from somewhere else and went to big 0s and they took care me and got a new tire for a great price and got me back on the road! Thank you!
