Stole my credit card info, illegally opened a phone line and lied to me about why they needed my information.Takes peoples pictures off their phones while they’re plugged in.Staff is rude when you refuse to sign up for their contract service and the store is dirty.Do not support these criminals. These mfs gave me a refurbished phone…no one can hear me on this new iPhone. There’s cracks everywhere and the case they gave me already came apart!!! This is ridiculous smh

I was told I was getting a 5G phone and instead was sold a 4G phone and tried to return it to get the right phone and was told I would have to pay for a new phone instead. The phone has been giving me problems ever since I bought it. Refuses to do anything with it or exchange it for the 5G phone I was supposed to receive. Signed me up for government phone type thing that I didn't even ask for or give my permission for. And he wants only cash payments. Won't except a credit card.
