Talked to someone about my plan and had more questions. Told me I should be getting 50g paying $60.. it was his lack of communication skills and calling me sweetheart in a rude manner. Told him he doesn't need to be rude, and then he hung up on me.

I have use this store for ally sales, payments, and help. They are great and service has been better than anyone else I tried in my area (Hamilton) .. I stay with them because of service at store and great service on my phone. Thank you for everything.

I had a problem with my account this morning so I visited the Erie Hwt location to resolve the issue and Jordan was very helpful and kind. He took care of me right away. The staff here has always been helpful, prompt and courteous.

I went to this store it is independently owned not only was he rude but went to get a new phone set up which he did not due phone was a mess so basically charged me 25.00 to put a sums card in a new phone. I ended up having to take the phone back to factory settings and reset phone up myself WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!
