I love my local BP, but you need to do a better job of getting employees to work on time. The store was supposed to open at 6. They were still closed at 6:30. If this had been the first time, I wouldn't have said something, but it's not.

My mom ran out of gas and the store's electricity was out. She asked to use a cell phone and your employees refused. All she wanted to do was get a hold of me, her daughter, to get here help. You all can take your gas and employees and shove it. We will NEVER shop BP again
