Charlie Broxterman: Allstate Insurance is a great insurance group. The people are very friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond. They understand customer service and take care of everything. They are reasonably priced and very good about handling any claim. The staff makes customers feel they are the only person they are concerned about. It is nice to know there are folks who step up and help. This is a 5-star business all around.
