I think comparing circle k to circle k, this location has got to be one of the best locations of a circle k store that I have visited yet. Customer service is amazing and they are all extremely friendly, caring and helpful no matter if you are just getting some gas or if you are looking for something good to eat. Night and day you will always be greeted with a smile and they are all more than happy to help you out with anything else you may need. I've stopped at many circle k stores throughout the tri state area and the majority of them the employees are cold, rude and couldn't care less if you come back or not.

If you could give zero stars I would, because these ladies except one share a brain and as good as it’s gotten in life for them is working at the gas station, customers suffer. Because the night shift girl is so dumb and can’t handle her remedial job and has zero critical thinking skills or problem-solving ability. I was basically robbed of my gas money and because she couldn’t figure out a solution to our problem and handle regular questioning I would trust pass by the Butler County deputies. Now how does this make sense? No scene was made and I waited for the sheriff out in my vehicle. No resolution and I’m still out my money because there machines are garbage..

I've been coming here for years at all hours of the day. Excellent selection of drinks, which is the main reason I go here. Sure service is subpar sometimes but they're stressed out being short staffed. The new automatic checkout is really nice and speeds up service tremendously. Rarely had to wait since they implemented that. I can't complain, I'll be coming here for years to come.

I went inside to grab a cup of coffee and the associate working accused me of stealing creamers! Told me i had to pay for them. I put three in my medium cup of coffee! I said id pay for them; opened up my purse so he could see even. Then he came out to my car to tell me that he knew i took more than that. Ridiculous!

I’ve been going to Circle K for three years now faithfully, never had any problems until they hired one person. One day I over filled my fountain drink took a sip and the guy got rude with me, and said sir you can’t drink that so I left the drink at the counter and said I didn’t need it. That’s not the bad part, the bad part was he bragged to another employee about it. I found this out three weeks later when I finally gave the place another shot. Need to note I stopped in

This Circle K location has been around for a long time..and it shows. Don't get me wrong, they keep it clean and organized enough but it's just old and it feels old. At one point there was a Subway restaurant inside of here..but it was removed a while back. It was pretty convenient to be able to grab some gas, snacks, and a sandwich all in the same place..it's too bad that they don't have it any more. They still offer sandwiches and other similar items that you can grab on the go for a quick meal..but Subway was better..fresher. The employees here are nice overall. I've had run-ins with some of the crankier ones but they've never been so bad as to not want to return. I'm pretty sure a few have been working there for a long time..and everyone has bad days. It's nice that they have all their drink sizes available for the same price..it's like 69 or 79 cents..I can't remember. Regardless, pretty cheap. I don't like the styrofoam cups that they use but beggers can't be choosers at that price point. A decent easy place to stop to grab some gas, a snack or two, a fountain drink, and whatever else you might need from a convenience store.
