The new cricket chat is not functioning correctly and needs help. Our service tech was very helpful. We waited for the chat for 20 minutes only to find out they couldn’t move our line from our old plan.

This is the best phone place in Hamilton. I mean it. They are reliable, they treat you well, and the customer service is amazing, Consuelo (I believe that’s what the cricket message said who helped me) she gave me amazing service and helped me through everything! The best place really. I even got my first iPhone because of them!

This particular location is awful. They couldn't help with the simplest things. I doubt they could even sell a phone here.
They lied about the 29$ screen repair. They lied about the insurance.
Now I am stuck with a phone I cannot get replaced.

Dude was cool and understood my money delima he got me a phone and plan for half of wat cricket was trying to charge me only two doors away when I already had a phone and just needed to buy a plan if I went through cricket and they still try to charge me upwards around $130
