2 people are not enough staffing to run this location. I came here thru the VA and they didn't know how to run the insurance and were to busy to be able to put in the time necessary to figure it out or call around. I had to pay out of pocket for meds. The VA has been sending veterans to CVS for years. I wonder how much money they have collected out of veterans pocket because of this issue.

As usual, I had a pleasant experience at the Target CVS. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I value that the staff is always invested in making sure that I am not overpaying for my medication. I appreciate the care and concern that's consistently shown to myself and my family.

This pharmacy is located inside of Target so unfortunately there’s no drive thru. You wait in line and the majority of the time the employees try to act as if they don’t see you, they delay addressing if at all, certain employees act lost or take awhile to move on to the next customer, etc. You have one young lady who is usually professional and will acknowledge you and try to move the line. I wish I could recall her name because she deserves to be recognized and they need her i utilize her to train the other pharmacy employees. The pharmacist seems to address particular customers at times. It’s a bit frustrating how this pharmacy is ran. It’s been this way for a while. Whenever you contact the pharmacy via telephone you get the same type of service and lack of customer service skills. I discussed this with another customer who go to this pharmacy and she basically expressed similar concerns. So we may just consider another local pharmacy. It’s convenient in my because it’s k odd and when we’re shopping at Target. I utilize this pharmacy for my son medication.

I have to have my medication sent to CVS due to my insurance. It being a specialty medication. My medication is supposed to be refrigerated and cvs lost my medication and found it on the regular shelf in the pharmacy. Now a 15,000 dollar medication is ruined. I called my insurance and they are going to replace my medicine at no cost. I will never ever use a cvs pharmacy again.

This is the best pharmacy. They are friendly... They know your name. They're helpful in all things prescription and vaccinations. This is my pharmacy and I won't go anywhere else.
