Have been searching for a specific vehicle with specific criteria almost daily for a couple months as settling for anything less was not an option. Naturally I would have preferred to find 1 close to home but it became clear I needed to widen my search geographically. Spending countless hours visiting dealerships and easily devoting hundreds of hours searching online I found the vehicle... price, mileage, options, color, owners, history etc....it met all my needs. (Anyone in the business or who has looked for the same particulars I was would agree its a very hard find) The vehicle was listed on a dealer ad who when I called had no such vehicle, ever on their lot...naturally it was disappointing. Through a Vin search it was able to be located ironically not far from the dealer I initially contacted..although it was a much smaller dealership. Regardless, at last I found it, it was available plus it was the owners private vehicle he was selling. I was beyond thrilled eager to have a short discussion, review the facts and if all checked out purchase immediately for cash via cashiers check, wire transfer, credit card...however they preferred. I spoke with a woman named Lynn who said Todd the owner would call me later that day, well I didn't receive a call which is no big deal so I dropped him a quick email confirming my interest assuming the next day he'd contact me. Again, nothing....well after a few months searching I wasn't risking losing this vehicle so I reached out yet again. Todd answered my call and I introduced myself and he rudely said " aren't you the person looking to do a wire purchase bla bla bla, I'm not interested" and didn't even give me a chance to speak before he then said "you want it you can come here"! He really exclaimed the exact words "bla bla bla"... he insinuated I'm a fraud and hung up!! Of course he has every right to not sell a vehicle I'm guessing unless the sale is in person, how prehistoric! Whether I handed him a cashiers check, mailed a cashiers check overnight, had my banker wire him the money directly from the bank or if I simply wired it myself the money is all the same and it's even more secure as he could hold title and vehicle until funds were adequately in his possession before releasing the vehicle for transport to me...of course with a few emails/faxes signatures or whatever is necessary to complete the purchase. Being in person handing over a check and driving away with title in hand vrs the direct communication with a renowned bank and time for clearing before releasing is a win/win plus no haggeling test drives or indesiveness to deal with. My review is 1 star... I can't give less or I would. This review isn't nessesarily only bc he would not sell the vehicle ...rather because of his arrogant, judemental, low class, unprofessional and downright cocky demeanor literally hanging up on me as if I actually had done something deserving of such rude treatment. I should have read his reviews first at least then I could have possibly been prepared for a bad experience. Disappointed very-insulted very-disrespected very. Todd you had no right to treat me as you did today, noone deserves such when they are trying to give you business. With such a low class undignified ignorant persona it's no mystery why you're having to sell personal items for cash only sales!!!

I love D&D. They are wonderful, family oriented, and have worked with me through some of the hardest moments in my life. I'm very grateful to them. They allow you to test drive their cars, so my suggestion is to test drive and look at the car thoroughly to make sure it's right for you. They always have multiple to choose from so it's worth it to look at everything there. I always get my oil done and new tires after purchasing used. And I am thoroughly happy with my purchase from them.

If I could give this place a ZERO star rating, I most definitely would. How do you tell someone we aren't selling a vehicle to you because you live 40 minutes away?!? Most idiotic thing ive ever heard. They say they don't sell to out of state customer's, I totally get that but wont sell to someone who lives in Eastgate Ohio, 3 minutes past Milford ohio. Discrimination against someone living more than 15 minutes from their business. Probably better off my family member didn't purchase from them.....by the reviews they sell alot of JUNK....

Bought my 2004 Red Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from here and I adore this car. Absolutely no engine issues and I would trust it to take me across the country. It has very few cosmetic issues and only 2 electrical issues (passenger rear window needs a new switch, and front driver tire pressure sensor needs replaced). It's kind of like a "buy as is" type place so inspect the car and ask questions, take it for a test drive too! Thats what i did. He was very transparent with me and worked with me and my terrible credit. I only pay 300 a month which is amazing. The cars are a little high on price BUT given the low down payment and him working with people with terrible credit or no credit it's gotta be expected. I've told many people about this place cause I'm always asked where I got my jeep.

My name is Jeremy Ensor, this place is horrible. I have had a gotten a 2005 equinox back in June of 2022. I had put so much money and effort into that junk. Their trying to sell me this car for $4000 after all said in done. I went to tire discounters for their overall to see how much do get fix. $6000, to get it back in shape. Don't go here horrible place, and they won't work with you

Long story short bought a 2005 Equinox purchased it on nov 5 2022 and had it till Feb 28th. 2023 Unfortunately they didn't care that I was on a fixed income and sold me a car that broke down 4 times. I will never purchase a car from them again. Spend your money elsewhere.down 4 times

So not a good place to go to get a car they don’t work with you they took my car when it was only 480 behind on payments and when i tried To make a payment they wouldn’t let me after i told Them when i could give them money they indicated That i need A real job (which i do Childcare at home ) and i told Him that’s what i was Doing for the time being then couldn’t use the car for two weeks because car was messed up bad tires and all just don’t go to them
