I can't even give this place a star. Every time I've been in here it is absolutely disgusting. There is NEVER any hand soap in bathroom or any way to dry your hands.. And the owner is rude and don't take into consideration other people's germ issues. I would pick somewhere else before ever considering this place

2 issues:
First ~
Unsure of who closes this establishment but they’re unaware of how a clock works} posted on the door : last load in wash at 10:00pm.
(This particular day I didn’t need to dry my items only a quick wash)
This guy sees me pull up at 9:42 - runs first to the window and unplugs the open sign and then bum rushed the door just as I opened it to tell me he’s closed .. I double check the time - 9:44pm - checks time posted on door. 7:30am-11:30pm (mon-sun ) last load in wash at 10:00pm.
So
I say to him, it’s not 10:00 yet- he said “the sign is off, so we’re closed” double take - now 9:45 - I’m super pissed now. It’s November & With a flea issue I have been working on for three + weeks, I now have no clothes or blankets to take home/dry and sleep with.
2nd issue:
NOBODY CLEANS THE LINT TRAPS. By this route - your clothes won’t dry on the first go around so you’ll need to stuff more $$$money $$$ into this guys pockets - BE SURE TO CLEAN THE LINT TRAPS YOURSELF PRIOR TO USING THE DRYERS!
I’m done wasting my time here at this establishment - between the rude behavior and what seems to be act of ill intentions for personal gain $$ I’m out - buyer beware

I showed up with my friend to do some laundry and for whatever reason they decided to close up shop a little over an hour and a half early. It says that they should be open and I literally watch the janitor go and shut the open sign off. I tried to signal him and ask why they were shutting down early, he ignored me and locked the door and walked away without a word. This is in fact the fourth time that this has happened. I have accepted it up until this point, but with how often they want to close early without any reason, it's making me wonder if they should just change their hours all together. Either way I won't be back. I'll be finding somewhere else. I recommend you all do the same. It's a nice facility, but I can't exactly use this nice facility because the janitor wants to go home early.

They don't honer theyre posted operating hours , I showed up at 9:30 pm, it's listed that last load must be in the washer by 10:00pm, I then watched the janitor unplug the open sign and come out to tell me it was 10:00, it wasn't, he proceeded to tell me that the sign being off made it 10:00 when it wasn't even 9:45: employees here are selfish and don't deserve your business, dryers don't have their lint traps cleaned making them ineffective in order to swindle you out of more change while drying your clothes and the lazy janitor uses the values cord to drag the vacuum around leaving the carpet nasty as can be it's disgusting and filthy go to a laundry mat that honers their posted hours and cleans the lint traps and the facility as this one unfortunately does not

This business is 95% of the time...clean. It always has the soap/ laundry products filled as well as the food/beverage vending machines. The price to do one load of laundry (washer/ dryer) is right in my budget.

I love that it's not far from where I stay, and that it has nice big machines, but I'm disappointed that the regular machines are priced so high. But over all it's an excellent place to wash my clothes!

Terrible place. The staff are rude and overbearing. Guarantee the two old ladies that worked tonight are on aderal or something. In there yelling at my wife about what dryer she can and cant use. Never will i take my laundry there again.

Love this place but the guy that cleans it is very disrespectful the window says it opens at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 11:30 p.m. but when I went in there at 10:00 p.m. to dry my clothes the guy that cleans the facility slam the dryer to were shut on me and got in my face and told me I wasn't allowed to dry my close the washer last load goes in at 10:00 but I was not washing I just needed to dry my clothes for about 20 minutes I've never been so disrespected in my life. And this is not the first time if you guys need somebody to clean the facility message me I will take care of it. Because that guy that you got in there is very rude and disrespectful to women. He had a whole family in there that was dry and close as well but didn't say anything to them
