DO NOT get your car from here unless you plan on having to put 1000s of dollars into it on top of your payments. I got my van from here less than 6 months ago and I have already had put 2000 dollars into it replacing wheel barring and various other things in the front end.
It’s currently at discover auto needing a new transmission and he won’t give us a car to drive in the mean time or order the parts until we pay the 2000 dollars worth of parts/maintenance to get the job done! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Save yourself and just go elsewhere!

I bought this car in February this year. In the ninth month transmission went out. I don’t understand. How can you pay for a car that you cannot drive? It’s not fair that they want me to continue to make car payments for a vehicle that I cannot drive. In a vehicle just sitting there collecting leaves and dust from the air. I thought this was a good quiet place legit because as all I see is driving around with Discover tag on a bumper for that is not.

I DONT RECOMMEND DISCOVER AUTO! Disgusting attitudes. 2 missed payments and they’ll repose your car, even with bring in the full amount they’ll steal your items and say the car is gone!!!!!!

Sold my daughter a car and the check engine light came on within 48 hours and they refused to cover the repairs! Needs a mass air flow sensor and a motor mount per their mechanic! Sales person I believe is Lance is very rude and has horrible customer service skills! I tried to handle the situation without getting upset but this guy tries to push your buttons over talking you and trying to justify why he feels they done nothing wrong! I had to walk away from him because he was really getting under my skin and I didn’t want the situation to escalate any further! Avoid this place if possible!

I highly advice that if you get a car from here please have a mechanic come with you one that you trust , I got a 2012 Buick enclave from here in March of 2025 and writhing the first month or two I had to take it back because it had issues wrong with it that cost me 1400 to fix and now it is September 2025 my brakes went out like a usual car would have to get them fixed of course but when I took it to the mechanic it was going to cost 2000 to fix just the breaks along with roders and a couple other things that it had wrong with it and when he told us that this car was very unsafe to drive while I have 3 kids that I use that car for daily the gas tank is falling out along with how rusted underneath it is and they also cut the rear ac so my kids didn’t have ac this whole time we was always riding with the windows down so today I called and told them that they could have this car so if you go there please make sure you have a good mechanic that you trust with you

Can’t I say I bought a lemon! More than reliable vehicle with my purchase and only 100k on the odometer. Vehicle runs great! Daniel was very helpful with my purchase.

If I could give this place a 0 🌟 I would I got a car from them last month was 3 months and already had to put a transmission in it and yes they did work with me on the down payment on the transmission but they expected me to pay 370 plus living in a hotel for 2 weeks that it took them to get the transmission done and then after I got the car back I was in a accident and the car is a total loss and they dont really care about how the person in the car is or anything just how much is the insurance offering for the car and we will settle for less and you can come back and get a car for half off the down-payment the answer to that is no im good and the air bags didn't go off and it was hit in the front sooo DON'T BUY FROM HERE THEY HAVE NOTHING BUT JUNK and 🍋 thats all they have and they are way to over priced on everything they have and don't believe a thing they say about any of there cars

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is awful — rude, unhelpful, and completely dismissive. They don’t value their customers at all, and the way they handle business makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience instead of the reason they’re open. There are plenty of other shops in the area that will treat you with respect and actually care about your car and your time. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

If I could give 0 I would. DO NOT GO HERE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE! Horrible customer service from the bald head one at the door (that’s been doing this for 19yrs) to the old nasty grump that sits in the middle. Their customer service is like you HAVE to purchase one of their raggedy, filthy cars. If you want a nice customer friendly experience, go elsewhere!

Purchased a truck here twice in the past 11 years. Both times, it was quick easy and I was happy with my Purchase. Both trucks had higher miles but were clean and in good shape inside and out. Daniel, Lance, and loney. Have always been helpfull understanding and made it quick in and out experience. I recommend this lot fully for anyone good and bad credit. This lot has options for everyone. Even those looking for a high end sports car. Appreciate the service I was provided!
