This is maybe the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. We went in at 10:25 on a Saturday morning. They had a full drive thru line but only three in line inside. We were after donuts and Munchkins, all of which were available in the racks. We waited and waited. We watched customers bring breakfast sandwiches back because there was no egg on them. The manager explained she was out of egg. It was all frozen. So the customer takes his sandwich back and eats it. He really had no other recourse given the line. By this point, the line was so long it was going out the door. The three customers in front of us had placed their orders and moved aside to wait. We were now first in line. The worker at the front asked us to wait a minute...she never returned. By 10:51, we had to leave the line so as not to be late to work. No one acknowledged us. The manager was at the front multiple times. Never said one word. There appeared to be enough staff so there was no reason for the chaos other than mismanagement. The owners of this establishment may want to consider parting ways with this terrible manager.

Absolutely garbage. We door dashed and the food that was made for us was not even close to what we ordered. The people who work there need to get their head straight and make some sandwiches right.

Went there today against my better judgment since I decided to stop going to this location a few months ago after getting home TWICE to find out my order was incorrect. But, it was on the way. I get the same thing every time, a medium decaf caramel iced coffee with almond milk. Today I ordered my usual, along with two breakfast sandwiches (which were burnt) and my boyfriends caramel iced macchiato. As every other time, the girl taking my order was too busy goofing off with her co workers to listen to my order or repeat it back to me. I get home to see that, once again, there's no caramel in my coffee. Exact same mess up as the other two times. My boyfriend called to let them know it was incorrect and to see what they could do to fix it, and she went on to tell him she's the one that took my order and that I'm a liar and didn't order any caramel. Why is your first reaction to your carelessness to call your customers liars? No idea. So, I called back since I was the one who went. I asked for the manager to which she yelled back I'm the manager and I just talked to your boyfriend, proceeded to call me a "liar" again, to which I said I just want a refund or a gift card. She continued to call me a liar and say it's not her fault I ordered incorrectly (which I did not - I'm pregnant and know EXACTLY what I want to drink lol) and hung up on me. I'm just shocked at the lack of not only customer service, but seriously, an adult who even behaves that way in public or a social situation, ever. If she even really is the manager, she needs to find a new profession either way. Maybe somewhere where everyone is hostile, upset with themselves and nasty to other people all the time! Think I will just be writing off Dunkin all together. I'd rather drive an extra mile to Starbucks for a real coffee and friendly people!!

I'm not sure what has happened, but this location is absolutely terrible. My mom travels across the country all year long and has told me many times to ditch Starbucks and start going to Dunkin; it's apparently nicer, the employees are friendlier, the coffee is less bitter and cheaper. I decided to drive down the road and give it a try. Boy, did I get the full Hamilton experience... I sat in the drive thru for a full ten minutes and still nobody came to the speaker. Pulled through and went inside instead. The inside of the building was trashed. No joke, trash literally everywhere. Spilt coffee on tables, pieces of donut on the floors, etc. Really not attractive. They had one single worker running the whole show. She was trying her best, but it's ridiculous to have one person working a front counter AND a drive thru at a coffee shop. Come on. The latte machine was down, which apparently is also the coolatta machine, the chai machine and who knows, maybe it also made donuts because they were completely out of those, too. Luckily, I was able to get an iced coffee. It tastes great. But yikes, this location is so dirty and is ran so poorly. Would love to see it go under new management.

Used to be a great place, fast, efficient, friendly but the last 2 months all ya get is friendly. Several times the online ordering is "down" or lately oh the "whole order didn't show up" (I call bs on that) or like today, place the order at 7:26 walk in at 7:40 and the order still hasn't been started. 3 women, 2 working drive thru and 1 working the counter, I finally leave at 7:50 with my order which is the same Monday through Friday. Saturday's hit or miss whether or not they have boxes for my box of joe. I just broke it down and figured out I spend on average $200+ a month here, roughly $50 during the week and another $40 just Saturday. Bob do yourself a favor and sell, you can't manage your managers! Find a real buyer, someone who knows how to run a business or someone who has owned a Dunkin' franchise and walk away! Go to New York or Boston if you want to see how Dunkin' Donut franchises are run, those employees from the managers down run circles around your folks Bob. This is the only place I've seen 3 employees in a DD, most have a minimum of 6 all staying busy and they move customers out usually in under 3 minutes!

This use to be a great place to go not anymore unless all you want is a chocolate donut. And then if you settle for one of those the chocolate icing has such a bad wax taste. I will never go back. Oh and just let me add do not get a cold flavored coffee drink because they will forget to add the coffee.
