Car was dirty, had fairly high miles (nearly 50 K) and running rough/loud. It got me there and back, but was not a pleasant experience by any means. I may not be back, honestly, though I’ve rented from Enterprise for a long time.

After another rental car company drop the ball immediately called enterprise. and within 15 minutes I had another vehicle rented and was able to pick up within the hour. The team at this location knows how to do business, vehicle was clean and well maintained will be back!

Cat pee smell was sooooooo strong inside the lobby. And 0 inventory skills across the entire company! 2 flipping locations have no clue what they're doing! Waste of my time! Edit to review 10/8/24. Called customer service and wasted even more time. She was not able to help in the slightest. I mean I guess if I wanna drive over an hour to pick up a rental???
How is this company still in business!
