I've had the very best experience with Hamilton Enterprise. They have been so very helpful and understanding my needs when it came to renting a vehicle until mine gets fixed. I've called and told them the vehicle I git I just didn't feel comfortable in it and they had no problem putting me into another car. Thank you to the the staff at Enterprise. Tammy Randall

Enterprise is attempting to blame me for a spot on the top of the car which I didn't pay attention to that area of the car during my inspection before I took the car. This car was turned in as I was waiting to get it. The car was rusted through enterprise carwash as I waited. If I ever rent a car from enterprise I will use my camera to scan the whole car. everyone renting a car should do the same

I had to rent a car for 2 and a half months. I changed cars in the middle from a truck to a smaller car. Both cars were very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely use them next time.

If you're going to yank my card out of the machine before it's done processing and cause it to get declined, you can at least make sure you have a way to fix the problem before ruining a very expensive business trip for someone. No other business I know of has a policy that they can't run a card for 24 hours even if the bank verifies that there was nothing wrong with the card!!! Better yet, if the client is willing to work with you, the least you can do is own your mistake and drive 13 minutes to deliver the vehicle. Pathetic service! You deserved to be cussed out...

I've rented from this location several times when I've come back to Ohio to visit and I've never had a bad experience. In fact with the most recent visit I had reserved a compact SUV and whoever had it hadn't returned the previous afternoon and they were short on vehicles and instead of waiting around decided to upgrade me to a Dodge Challenger for free! I will say with any Enterprise it'll happen pretty frequently where either I get put in the next class up of vehicle or something nicer than what I rented when it's available. There's only been one time extenuating circumstances required me to rent from someone else (I'm looking at you Hertz!) and it was an absolutely terrible experience. Also the staff at this particular location is very accommodating and helpful and I would 100% recommend working with them for your rental vehicle needs!

Enterprise Rental Car Horror I hate to post this about Enterprise, but this was the worst rental experience I've ever had. We rented a car to go from the Hamilton, OH to Nashville, TN. for my Master's graduation (on a Tuesday). We left home about 2 hours after I rented the car and it seemed fine out of my residential area. However, further down the highway, I had to slow down from 65 mph, and the whole car shook. You could hear the ABS brakes pumping my -whoomp-whoomp -whoomp!! It washes a shock to both of us. My wife got on the phone to call the place we rented it from and they advised that we call Roadside Assistance (Not a real thing because they're never working when you need them. They need to partner with AAA to service the roadside assistance calls after 5 pm). We were already in Kentucky when she called them but the couldn't find any place to stop before CVG airport. They instructed us to go there was a short wait before the manager at the time came and talked with me, but his body language was already telling us no. He said they were short 100 cars and didn't have enough for the people arriving there. I told him we didn't feel safe driving this car any further and he said he'd see if he could find something (He didn't). He also postured that their service shop might be an option, but we might have to wait a couple of hours. I explained to him that we could not wait that long because I needed to be there in 5 hours. He went to go check and came back with an expected, "I don't have anything to switch you into, and the service center said they couldn't do anything tonight, but they can get you in Thursday". Honestly, I began to feel hot, and I told my wife that, at this point, we'd just drive the car to Nashville as it is and switch it there. That was the roughest drive I've ever had. We really thought the car was going to fall apart. Right after I left the airport, a sensor came on saying that the car had low antifreeze. We had already gone from bad to worse. This had me really upset because t that car should have never been rented, and of course, I couldn't believe that the person who last rented the vehicle didn't inform them of at least the brake problem. [Friday morning] I called Roadside Assistance on Thursday night to prepare for the return home in the morning. I was instructed that I needed to call in the morning to make the exchange. When I called Friday morning, it seemed that we were going to be able to come out of that nightmare, but boy was I wrong. We get to the Enterprise location (which was supposed to be 2 miles from Gaylord Opryland Resort) but was actually 17 miles according to my GPS. I walk in, tell the assisted my name, and he was already informed that we were coming. He asked me if a RAV4 was okay, and I was agreeable. I started to get the bags from the trunk of the first car and my wife started saying, "Really? This car is filthy!" I run over to see what she is talking about and the seats, front and back, and the seats were covered with stains from coffee, pop, pee, etc. I don't even think that was an Enterprise car, maybe someone's work car. I go back to the counter and tell the associate that the car was unacceptable. It looked like it had been underwater, and it was unclean (what made him think this would be okay for us? I have my suspicions, but that's not what this story is about). I have no words. He offers me another car, and it reeked of smoke. I asked my wife, "Did we just jump out of the skillet into a frying pan"? I couldn't believe we were having this experience. If it wasn't for the sign on the building (they don't have a street sign), and the interior decorations, I would not believe this was an Enterprise. Maybe it is closing soon and they only had refurbished cars, but honestly, we took the car (a Toyota Camry) because we just wanted to get home. We ended up driving home with the windows down for 5 hours until I pulled in the drive way. I took the

Brian and Ari were fantastic to work with at pick up and drop off. They carried on the tradition of great customer service when working with Enterprise. I will always make them my first choice in renting a vehicle.

First time using a rental place was really nervous they helped me out made it easy was in and out in the a really nice car in less then 5 mins payment keys and all was great they offer insurance which made it easier in my opinion would definitely 10/10 recommend for anyone who needs a rental fast and easy thanks again to the guys in the Hamilton area off of route 4 we’ll definitely be coming back

I will never return to this place ever again. I was ripped off. They charge you for something and don’t tell you what it’s for. Then when you call to complain they won’t even return your calls. I mean come on doesn’t their company make enough money that they don’t have to steal mine? Just make sure that you read and ask questions because they won’t tell you and they’ll go a head and charge you for it anyway. Very unprofessional

Ross and Brian were awesome. They took care of me with professionalism and courtesy the entire process. The morning we picked up our vehicle a recall came out for 4 vehicles on their lot. Which means they cannot rent them. This was a curveball for them first thing on a Monday morning. They found me a vehicle meeting my needs right away and got me taken care of right away. They handled a very stressful situation with class. Never got flustered. Never lost their patience. Just found solutions. Very courteous and nice guys. Have and will always rent from this enterprise. 5 stars.

The people here are absolutely top notch. I would highly recommend renting a car from this location. I called Tuesday and had a car for me by Friday. They did an outstanding job.
