I had an oil change and tire rotation. Both done in a very timely manner. They showed and explained to me that I will need new tires soon. Matt(service manager) did a phenomenal job explaining the ware on the tires.

Had regular oil change on my 2009 Mazda 6 with 181k miles. All went well as the air filter was replaced. Pohlman's had recommended new tires on my other vehicle. So, I did some research and found a set that looked good and had VG reviews. I asked about them and Pohlman's told me that a customer really liked these tires until about 30k miles, and then the tires were not very good (feathered). So, Pohlman's recommended another tire manufacturers product, printed out a rebate for me and also an estimate for purchase and tire installation. Appreciate these guys. Highly recommended.
