Promo price is good for like 2 months then goes to the list price which is also very good. Then on month 8 I was charged double the list price. Zero notification, I asked why and they said periodically they review pricing and increase as they see fit!! Seriously, my $46 storage is now almost $100 per month. Unbelievable. I will be leaving in warmer weather. On a positive note, the facility is very clean and secure.

This is my second year renting storage space from Extra Space Storage in Hamilton, OH (Fairgrove). The facility itself is great and the on-site team is exceptional.

The facility is clean & nice & access is cool. What I completely DISLIKE is how fast and how HIGH the monthly increase became after only having the storage for 2 months. Absolutely ridiculous.

Nice Indoor Climate Controlled unit, plenty of security. Carts available to help assist in moving items cuts down the time process of filling and emptying the units

Easy! Hours are always the same, you can always count on an employee to be there at normal business hours if you need assistance unlike the 3 other places I went to first. Nobody there, or called a disconnect number, etc
Very quick. It took not even 15 minutes and I was already moving my s*** in.
Judy is very kind and easy to understand.
I gave 4 stars only because it's not a 24 hour facility. That's ok tho. Great place

Extra Space Storage is the prime place to get a Storage unit!! I came in without knowing what I needed, and the employees at Extra Space lead me in the correct direction. They're vary knowledgeable. This is the place to go!!!
