Seems like I'm not the only one with a bad taste in there mouth about this place. Getting named dropped for horrible service, You think you would want to fix it and make a better experience for others. I guess not?Time to find another place for shipping needs! They say first impressions are lasting impressions, yeah thanks but no thanks Cheryl. If there was a no star and thumbs down I'd give it all day. Have a great day.

Brought in a return item shipped to me by Fed Ex with old lable still on it. They refused to ship in the same box. Told I needed to buy a shipping box for $25. Utterly ridiculous and not first time at this location. Prepare to be disappointed with this location.

My experience at this location was pleasant. I had an item that needed to be overnighted and the clerk, Clarence and his manager, Cheryl were both incredibly helpful in providing information and assisting to make sure my shipment information was correct. I appreciate their kindness and that they took the time to provide appropriate customer service.

Unless you have to pick up a FedEx package, stay away from this location it's a disgrace. I went to get a laptop returned to my former employer which I needed boxed up. The manager literally kicked me out of the store and told me to go away while she was berating a 80 year old woman who was trying to get a package sent that wasn't packed up properly and refused to help her. I drove to the West Chester location and got excellent customer service.

Everything they said about this store is true. I had to send some lab specimens to my doctor. Called this store and FedEx a week ahead of time and asked if it would a problem and they said no. They'll take care of it. Show up the day of and they say they can't accept it without a preprinted label. Couldn't give me a straight answer why not. They said it was just "semantics" and it said "lab specimens had to be properly labelled" but has no explanation of what constituted "proper labeling" so they can't accept. It was in the correct package labelled as clinical labs and just needed to be addressed. The manager, the infamous Cheryl, didn't even make an attempt to contact someone above her to find out what she didn't know even after I asked. Just wouldn't ship it because she didn't know the answer or the work around. I called Fed Ex corporate and they couldn't give me a clear answer why they couldn't print a label for me since I was paying. They said they would send someone to pick it up instead and no problem after that. So it's okay as long as its picked up by a truck but the actual office won't do it. Make it make sense.

Arguably the worst FedEx I have ever been to nationwide. The lady that’s the manager here never wants to ship packages. Scrutinizes everything including wanting to see inside boxes. Even if return is not in a box that she’s not willing to accept, she won’t. Awful service.

I had a horrible experience here . I went in with a label, and the manager was rude and refused to take it . I don't know how this place stays open. I will never go back. The line was long. The people behind was yelled at. She told them she had to scan items they would have to wait.

I read the reviews...took a chance. Service seemed ok. They entered info and packaged. Shipped item which made it to a warehouse close to receiver where it was delayed for 2 weeks. I thought it was due to recent natural disaster...nope...got a call from warehouse saying this location entered receiver address as (1st half - my address) (2nd half - receiver's address). Had to make calls to correct address x2 so it could finish final 15 miles. Finally delivered 3 weeks late. Simple mistake that I can't describe how much extra work it gave the poor workers at that warehouse. Not real impressed

Took a small package to be shipped, I have done this many times. Was wrapped perfectly in paper and packing tape. Was told they can’t send it because it is wrapped in paper (????). She said if you want to unwrap it, we can see if it’s an approved box. I did, and of course she said it wasn’t and she could sell me an approved box for $6.90. That’s without shipping charge. Said the US postal service would mail it. Well that’s exactly what I’m doing. Crazy!!!! I have done this with no issue many times. postal service wins, and I will no longer use FedEx.

Store closed at 6 pm?? Hours say 7:00 pm. You take the drive and their hours are not reliable. There is a lady in there. Why are they closed? Sucks!

About as personable as an IRS audit. Horrible location, one way in and one way out in a busy shopping area, not sure who thought that would make customers want to use this location. Survives due to few other FedEx options obviously. This seems to be pretty common for FedEx and why I loath having to use them. Goes hand in hand with their lousy home delivery.

Never use this store to ship anything of value. The older lady that works there stole a brand new phone from my package and sent the empty box. $750 DOWN THE DRAIN. I'LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

If you want terrible service go to this location and ask for Cheryl. She will find every excuse not to ship your items. Worst Customer Service ever… she should be fired.

Horrible service. I was having trouble with business cards from a Canva template that fit all the specifications. The lady working on 1/24 alone at the Bridgewater refused to help me stating she was too busy. I was not in a rush and willing to wait. No one was in the store for most the time. Also, she noted any print items would not be ready for a minimum of 5 days, maybe more. I was instructed that if I wanted assistance, I should try going to the Springdale store. She was condescending to me along with the three other customers she interacted with while I was in store. An unfortunate experience.
