I go to set up an oil change with fire stone because my cousin goes with you guys . He told me he gets an oil change for $30/40 dollars over there. When I go to set up an oil change, they are trying to charge me $70 even though me and my cousin have the same car . Idk if it’s cause I’m a girl and think I’m dumb but it’s actually ridiculous trying to charge me $70 FOR A OIL CHANGE

I had an appointment for my ASE certified oil change. I was available early and they were able to accommodate my schedule to get me on my way for the weekend. Both guys up front were friendly and helpful. Glad I chose Firestone on Brookwood Avenue in Hamilton. Thanks again.

Took vehicle to another local shop for an inspection they found and oil leak and told me it was coming from the oil pan. Carlos and the techs at this location found it was actually coming from the oil cooler and had it fixed and ready to go the next day. I appreciate the attention to detail this location has when it comes to their diagnosis.

Went in because they offer 10 dollars off a full synthetic oil change, with a free filter. When I went to check out, it seemed a bit high. The manager who checked me out didn’t show me the invoice, so I grabbed it and read that I was charged for a filter. I asked why and was told “It’s speciality I gave you a deal it’s a 30 dollars filter” I said “usually I’m told before I’ll be charged for something” he didn’t apologize and suggested I sign up for a credit card to get a discount rather than admit he hadn’t told me about the charge. Also I’ve bought the filter myself before and it’s 12 dollars. Unprofessional and rude.

I was looking for a shop to service my wife’s 2020 Mini Cooper. It had broken down and we weren’t sure what was wrong. I walked in and told the gentleman at the desk what was going on. He immediately went out and spoke to one of the mechanics about it. When he returned, he and another employee looked up the error codes I had from the car. He then did something that blew me away - he was honest and forthright.
“Chances are good that you could have it towed here and we could fix it. However, I don’t want to waste your time or money if I’m not 100% sure we can fix it. I don’t usually do this but…”
He then proceeded to recommend another shop, right down the street from his. He said he had heard great things about them, and KNEW they could repair our car. That level of honesty, and putting our concerns over his bottom line and potential business, won him a customer for life!!! Whenever we need tires or any kind of tire service, we will go straight to Firestone Complete Auto Care. Thanks for having integrity and putting relationships over profit!!!

David at the counter did such a great job in really working with me and helping me get the tires and services I needed at really affordable prices. I was held up at work and came a little late for my appointment which was at the end of the day. But they were really nice about it and still took care of me. Will def be coming back. Highly recommend!
