Unfortunately can't give this specific location a 5 star. On two separate occasions I have called ahead in regards to stocked items and have been told "they will be held for me". Both times I have specifically asked if necessary to buy online ahead of time to guarantee stock is available and have been told no. I was verbal with the individual on the phone both times that I prefer to come pick up in store and that this location was over an hour away from me. I show up once and both items were bought from under me, today I show up and they had sold one of the 2 items they were holding this time. I don't enjoy being told all is well and I'll have items held then showing up over an hour away to be told they sold my items. Be transparent in the fact that you are NOT ALLOWED to hold items unless they are paid for.

I love gaming BUT PLEASE STOP HARASSING THE COSTUMERS! A couple days ago me and my sister who has autism to a trip to this location keep in mind that she likes to read out every thing she sees. She really loves GameStop because she can read about the games, and she recently got an Xbox for Christmas. When we walked in one of the workers kept asking us why we were in the store. He kept shouting and telling us random things. My sister as usual was reading the back of the games, but when the worker heard her reading certain games, he kept have the audacity to shout that the game was out of stock. I had a gift card and decided to buy just dance 2025. This game does not come with a card but it comes with a download code, so I took it up to Mr worker guy he told me they didn’t have just dance codes in stock. I was flabbergasted. How the heck do you run out of freaking codes. In conclusion the workers at this location need to learn how to mind their business and do their job properly.

i went in 2 days before christmas with the last little bit of money i had, i grabbed my sister an xbox gift card and i grabbed 2800 v bucks card for a co worker of mine, i get to the counter and the guy working who has big blue gages in his ears, rings me up, i pay with my card, then after the transaction goes through proceeds to tell me that he cant activate the v bucks card because the store has a limit on how much of them they can sell in a certain time frame, this of course in unbeknownst to me, probably something the store SHOULD advertise to people, so he tells me he can refund the 20$ for the v bucks, i ask him if it is going to be an instant refund, of course its not, so i tell him my bank account is holding my last 40 dollars and im leaving the store with a 15$ xbox gift card, upon looking at my bank account today, i see no refund and the pending 40$ charge from gamestop was processed, so thanks to negligence on their part i was not refunded the 20$, my co worker didnt get his christmas gift, and i am broke. Severely disappointed especially when you pay to be a pro member and get no type of empathy what so ever. i will be in the store tomorrow to make sure this wrong is made correct

Went in to buy a battery pack for my Xbox one controller. I had not been in a GameStop in a while and wanted to help support a business instead of ordering on Amazon. I made a mistake. The battery pack was the wrong size. I arrived at home and opened the box like anyone would. Once I found out, I put everything back in the packaging and attempted to return it for the item I needed. The sales associate stated that nothing could be done because the box had been opened. Now how was I supposed to know that it did not fit unless I opened the box? I was willing to even spend more money to get a new charging dock if needed but when the rep was unwilling to help, o was not spending another dime at this company. I emailed corporate and they offered trade in or in store credit for a lesser amount. I would not recommend this company. It’s businesses like this that cause customers to order online from Amazon. Even returning things online is easier than working with this company. I now see why there company stock was down 14% today. They do not care about customers.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from this store or going there PERIOD. There was one employee working behind the register with a store full of other customers, at least 15. Since there was one employee assisting two customers Christmas shopping/deciding what to purchase from behind the counter, the employee could not assist customers who picked items and wanted to check out. Making things even worse was the employee didn't even acknowledge myself or anyone else who patiently waited for more than five minutes to pay for items.My money is best spent in establishments who value their customers more than this place.
