There were 4 workers and 3 of them were leaning against a register gossiping while 1 was running the registers. Checkout was ridiculous, I just walked out and I won’t ever be walking back in there.

Always loaded with good stuff from the community. Helpful staff. Clean store and good atmosphere in the mornings! I am impressed With this location.

Absolutely told I couldn't tey anything on and if it didn't fit I'd get my money back. I went back and they told me the original girl who told me that it was her first day. I UNDERSTAND first days BUT doesn't mean it was ok to not say sorry. He literally said go in your way I dont wanna hear you. Very low class set of employees very unkind and clearly untrained. On top of NO one saying hello only stares to all customers while making fun of some.

I adore going to GW stores. Each has their own "flavor" and this store is exceptionally nice. This is a relatively large building with large isles for easy browsing. I was impressed with their extensive and organized cabinet of costume jewelry. Very Nice! Employees were friendly and helpful. However, they could use some additional employees. There seemed to be a lot of responsibilities on only one employee; opening jewelry cabinet, restocking clothes AND cashier. Get this man some help!

Showed up here 25 minutes before closing and the lady did not let me inside. She said we are closing in 10 minutes. Blocked us from entering the store.

I wind up going here more than I would like because they have a monopoly on the thrift scene in Hamilton, but this place is not "thrifty." The prices were high for the area and the product long before 2020 and the fact that they STILL have not re-opened the dressing room is absolutely ridiculous. The books really do need sorted and the helpfulness on staff depends completely on the day.

The staff here is incredibly rude. They told my 2 year old son he couldn’t drink water in the store and demanded we leave. It’s dirty and overpriced. The staff is clearly on a power trip scolding a 2 year old then kicking us all out. I will never donate here again or shop. A sorry excuse of staff.
