The lady who helped me was very nice and was able to squeeze me in 20 minutes before closing time. Forever thankful that she helped my nephew with a hand corsage and a flower for him for his first and last homecoming dance.

I ordered and saw an example of the funeral flowers I ordered. I thought how beautiful it would be. I got to the funeral and I was so embarrassed. The flower looked like a $10 or $20 flower. I paid $80.00 dollars. It was unrecognizable, I called the owner she said aw were the lilies not opened. It was debating to call for days. They only offered half the money back. I never call and complain about things. The owner was rude on the phone and when I got there. They rushed me out rudely. Ordered from them for many years, and they were wonderful. I found out they changed hands and now I realized why. Don't waste your money and embarrassment. And also be treated like you did something wrong.

Have always ordered flowers here, however i ordered a deluxe arrangement for my grandmas funeral... the flowers were brown, ribbon was missing, wasnt even close to the arrangement i ordered. I would have taken a picture but it was at a funeral. Sooo disappointing! $95.00 for something i could have picked up in the discount bucket at Kroger.

Ordered floral arrangement for Nancy Jackson funeral and paid for the premium floral arrangement. We did not get the premium size arrangement. Very, very disappointing. Will think again before using the florist.

They made this same day within an hour and it was absolutely beautiful. The lady that did this and helped me was so sweet. I am happy to say I have found a great florist.

Got anniversary arrangement. Came fairly early and is beautiful. Made the day. My wife teared up. Thanks. Gray the Florist is easy to work with and the end result is great smelling fresh flowers.

Very good customer service. Baskets of plants and flowers are beautiful! Other gifts , wind chimes, memorial lanterns etc. Reasonable prices.

It was so easy to place the order online and they have a great selection. We had to make a change in the delivery date very last minute and they were very accommodating. When the flowers were delivered, I received this message from our friend who received the flowers: THANK YOU!!!!! These are BEAUTIFUL all the way down to the vase and stand!!!!!That pretty much says it all!
