I called to ask about some body work on my car. Some guy impolitely answered the phone; I asked if I could quickly ask him a question; he sighed and said 'whatcha got?'. Three seconds into me explaining the work, he interrupted me with - '...we wouldn't be interested in anything like that', and hung up. For some reason it was shocking...
