Went there in February to file, and was told my 16 ye old doesn’t qualify for the child tax credit. She made me believe her. Got home told my bf n he said that’s a lie. She flat out didn’t even put my child on my taxes. Bc she would have then saw how she still does qualify for it. Filed my bfs taxes with her on it and he got the money I was suppose to. I normally get around 11k back, got less then 5k after owing them.

Phyllis was supposed to help my son file today. After some confusion on which city he lived in during certain months of the year, she insinuated that my son was trying to get out of paying Oxford city tax. She was rude several times. Not just by the words she used, but also by the tone of her voice. She insulted my son and I by asking, “which one of you are lying ?” We was shocked. My family and I filed through H&R Block yearly. None of us will EVER use them again.
