There is a gate. Check-in online at the Guard Shack. They can help you if you have difficulties. I came at 8 pm while my appointment was 7 am tomorrow. They sent me sms with the dock number immediately. Park 5 feet away from the dock, don’t cut seal, wait when the guy comes and tell that you can do it. Then open trailer doors, slide tandems and back in to the dock. Wait when they send you sms to sign docs online and the guy knock in your door and tell you that you unloaded. I was unloaded at 01:30 am. Then drive to the Guard Shack and they give you the docs. You are gtg. You can ask them to stay overnight onsite (they allowed me).

Hit and miss. I’ve been here a few hours early and have been loaded in an hour. Showed up today at 930 for a 1500 appt. Just now getting loaded at 1515

Interesting work ethic, so you have the drivers do your job for you on their phones filling out paperwork while the people at the gate get paid to watch movies? It would make sense if the over the phone sign in actually helped the driver's and check in time instead of confuse and take more time which is what it does. The luxury lax life pictures below. But you can't blame the guy in the office its the company paying him to sit there .
