It's extremely hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. I've been screwed over and up-charged every time I've taken my car in, but Jackson's Auto is the real deal. They are forthright about everything they need to do and always consult me before doing it. They are timely about making appointments, are all super friendly and go above and beyond to get the job done well for an affordable price. I've been using them for many months now and fully trust them to work on my car whenever I need it. If you want a great mechanic, stop looking and just go here.

I called around to several shops in Hamilton, but most just made me feel like I was an inconvenience because they had to answer the call.The other shops wanted a RIDICULOUS amount of money to replace the alternator in my 2011 Honda Odyssey.Jackson answered the phone himself while running his shop, asking if he could give me a callback. In less than 10 minutescalled, gave me a quote and I had my van back within hours.If you have an overpriced mechanic, and you go there just because you think they will not get you for all the money in your bank account because " it's so expensive. They must be professional."Think again. Jackson is trustworthy, honest, and the most genuine guy I've met.If you ever need anything done? Go to Jackson's on B street. I had a heater blower motor replaced here and turn signal repaired as well. Wish I could give more stars Jackson is a Awsome mechanic and honest! Rest of staff very nice and professional. Will for sure be having my work done here from now on.
