“This store is the coolest store everything they sell is super cool and a great price I’ve been to other stores that are similar and they’re always way over priced. Every time I visit I buy a crystal and every time it makes my day so much better! I always look forward to days I can visit because the store feels so welcoming and the staff are so sweet! If your thinking of visiting please do you won’t regret it!!!!”

“I have been in this shop a few times now and I have yet to have a bad experience. All of the employees that I have interacted with have been amazing. And the shop always feels so inviting. They have several people that can help you identify about 99.9% of crystals you bring in. I was there yesterday and Hayden helped me identify a lot of crystals I had gotten in a grab bags and ones I forgot what they were as well as answer several questions I had as I walked around shopping. I didn't realize it but I was there about 3hrs. With every minute.”

“Super Rad! Pretty neat selection. I'd say 60/40 casual wear (hoodies, t-shirts)/"dressed up" gothic (dresses, corsets, blouses). I was pleasantly surprised with their sizes as I'm mid-size (18 pants, XXL/XXXL shirts + dresses) and they had a lot of stuff in my size!For larger sizes the selection seemed okay, I believe they mentioned expecting more plus size corsets in the coming months.Personally I believe that nothing was too expensive, definitely cheaper than places like hot topic, torrid, killstar, etc. which is relieving to see.The only negatives I'd say were that there weren't as much dress-ier/romantic options as I would have liked, but for some quick, everyday staples it's great.Also for those w/ sensory sensitivities there is an incense-y smell here as well as the sister store. I actually really like the smell of incense, but it may bother those who don't.However the reason I rated 5 stars:1. ACCESSORIES GALORE. Super cute jewelry, bags, harnesses, etc.2. Super friendly staff! I have pretty bad social anxiety and they were so chill and helpful. It was my first time purchasing a corset and they talked me through it, reassured me, and just generally made me feel a lot more comfortable. As someone who is midsize shopping for something like a corset can be kind of scary, but I sensed no judgement AT ALL. For example, I love corsets style-wise but didn't really want too much cinching. The staff checked with my comfort level multiple times AND super casually got me a larger size. I usually dread trying stuff on because of that reason, but they were so nice and encouraging!!Overall: reasonably priced, mostly casual gothic/witchy items, really cute stuff, great service. I am defo planning on returning :)”

“I've been going to Wildfire since it opened and it has always been one of my go to places to get beautiful gifts for myself and others. I always recommend it to everyone I can. The atmosphere is what dreams are made of. It has so much soul and is such a calming space. I've loved seeing it absolutely thrive over the years. It's certainly on my main route when checking out shops in the area. Can't beat how sweet and welcoming the owner is too as are every single member of the staff. You'll sincerely miss one of the best shops in Hamilton if you don't stop by and check out both locations!”

“The employees of this location are the absolute best. I had to get my mother in law's wedding ring resized. She was in a nursing home dying with cancer. We thought we had time to get it back but she went down hill fast. I called the store hoping they could get the ring back faster. They put a rush on it and got it back by the next day from when I called. We are so grateful. Unfortunately my mother in law was asleep all day and had no idea it was back. She passed away the next day. I know this ment a lot to my father in law, and I am so glad I brought it to this store.”
