On our way from Georgia to Ohio to visit family, a heat shield came loose underneath the car. Jim's was able to fit us in and take care of the repair on the same day (which was great because we were only spending a couple days in the area).
Jim's is my wife's parents usual place to get car repairs done, and if I was local this would be my place too! Can't recommend them enough. Hopefully we don't have car trouble on the next trip, but if we do I know exactly where I am taking it.

The service was Immaculate they were nice and kind they found out what the problem was and it took very good care of I will always love to go back there and I will always recommend someone to go there the customer service skills is perfect I really like that place

woke up to a flat tire. Call Jim's they said come on over. Fixed the tire within 10 minutes and when I asked them how much, they smiled and said on the house!! You just don't get that down home service anymore. Jim's is a great place and I highly recommend them!!!

Went in with a flat tire thinking I needed repaired & it turned out to only need resealed. To my surprise I wasn’t charged! I did insist on tipping the mechanic for his time. What an amazing place & the kindness was much appreciated!
