I can't really give a rating since I'm an employee but at times that store is hectic and yes to answer everyone else's questions we are always short staffed

Rating for the bakery only. We put in an order early in the week for Sunday and they FORGOT to make it. When we picked it up all they had was the slip of paper and no baked goods. I guess you have to ride them to make sure they make your order. We made a substitution and it worked. But I had told my wife to go to a local bakery instead of a chain and now I get to tell her "I told you so". So there's that. If you read my review for the West Side Kroger and it sounds the same, it is. Because the EXACT SAME THING happened to us at both stores!

Was closed today due to no power they said! Pharmacy is a joke in this store! Drive thru is never open, disabled and hard to do a lot of walking to have to go in to the store! Also they never have the meds you need. Have had to go to Tylersville store for 4 months to pick up a script that Hamilton store says they can’t get! Why can one get it and not the other? Place sucks!

I was at the store today buying groceries, and I decided to buy some chocolate from the international section. When I got home I tasted a piece of the chocolate and it was not good.I checked the expiration date and it was a sell by date of January 2019.I then checked the other two items and they to were way past the sell by date. How can a store like Kroger sell items that should have been sold over a year and a half ago.I am very disgusted.

Every single time I go into the ladies restroom.. it is disgusting.. I’ve even complained twice.. one being at the beginning of my shopping trip I tell them I really have to use the restroom.. and that there was piss all over the toilet. They said they would handle it, about 30 mins go by, and I’m finished shopping so I go to the restroom because surely to god they had it cleaned up.. nope, they didn’t still pee and toilet paper all over the place. Don’t recommend using their bathrooms, you’d think with all the corona crap they’d be on it. They’re not.

Decent size, selection & layout, but what I like most about this location was its signage. You look up & you know where you need to go. I picked up some fruit & it was fresh & well stocked. Didn't really interact with staff, as I tend to prefer the self checkout line. There are better Kroger locations. There are also worse ones.

This Kroger location isn't the best or worst one out there. It's in Hamilton, so..there seems to be a lot more security measures in place that you don't see at some other locations. Such as..one that I've never seen before but I guess makes sense..the deodorant bottles are locked up in these plastic boxes that you have to get unlocked when you purchase one. Seems like an extreme measure for a product under $10 but who knows..maybe they had a real issue with them being stolen. Other than that..it's an average sized store. They always seem to have at least the basics of what most Kroger's have. The staff I've encountered have been a little..off. Don't quite know how to explain that further. I guess you'll have to go in and see for yourself..but I think you'll understand. No reason not to swing by this location for groceries. Never been in there after dark, but during the day it doesn't seem to feel that unsafe.

This kroger is my least favorite location in the area. Always very crowded and the deli staff is very unprofessional. They always close early. They are supposed to close at 10pm but close at around 930. When I informed the manager he just said they aren't supposed to but didn't do anything about it and walked away. I try to avoid going here.

This is my favorite Kroger. I just adore it. Sure, it's a chain grocery store. But this store is the best. The people are always friendly. There's a ton of clearance. The other customers are interesting. I've had great conversations with lots of strangers here. The produce is pretty good and I've complained enough on customer surveys to have my favorite tortillas brought back to the store. Or maybe they were bringing them back, anyway. I like to think it was me. Recently I used Kroger's new ClickList. Assuming you have a Kroger card, you just use your account, click the items you want to purchase, pay online and someone brings them to your car. It was fantastic. The girl who brought them out was a doll. You just stay in your car. It's great for lazy days, disabled and elderly or bad weather. I'll be doing that again. There's more than enough parking. Even with the ClickList area added. Even on those incredibly busy days or right when everyone is getting off work. Plenty of parking. And there's a gas station to use those fuel points at. Really, I'm leaving out my favorite part. The pharmacy. This location has the best pharmacy staff. I visit so often that they ask about my family and know about my boyfriend. They're helpful will try hard to help you with price matching. They're just a really kind bunch of people. Pharmacies are really undervalued. My complaint about this location is that they decided to integrate a lot of the natural foods in with the rest of the food. So if you're a vegetarian or have special food needs, you'll have to look a bit harder. I suppose it's to try to trick more people into eating veggie burgers.
