The customer service has improved a lot over the past couple of years. Very helpful staff. Recently renovated pharmacy and isles for more products and verity. Very friendly and helpful staff in the pharmaceutical area too.

Great pharmacy. It can be busy at times but the staff does a good job fairly quickly. They always offer help especially with new prescriptions. .

Never have my prescriptions ready, recieve messages saying it's ready to pick up, get there only to find out it won't be ready until I have to go days without it.

I can't really give a rating since I'm an employee but at times that store is hectic and yes to answer everyone else's questions we are always short staffed

Rating for the bakery only. We put in an order early in the week for Sunday and they FORGOT to make it. When we picked it up all they had was the slip of paper and no baked goods. I guess you have to ride them to make sure they make your order. We made a substitution and it worked. But I had told my wife to go to a local bakery instead of a chain and now I get to tell her "I told you so". So there's that. If you read my review for the West Side Kroger and it sounds the same, it is. Because the EXACT SAME THING happened to us at both stores!

Never answers the phone or if they do they pick up and automatically put you on hold forever without even asking you if you can hold for a moment. Everytime I call to check to see if they got my prescription because my doctor always calls it in and leaves it on voicemail they tell me no... even though my doctor calls it in before the pharmacy even opens so they are either lying or they just don’t bother checking their voicemail which is why I call and make sure in the first place or else I wouldn’t get my medicine filled in time ! They are extremely rude and slow. I could go on and on about the lack of professionalism at this location. Corporate really should start checking in on this place because they really need some training. Really considering switching pharmacies because this location is going down hill. They have also given me the wrong dosage on my medication before and when I returned it they said they clicked on the wrong one on the computer... okay honest mistake but they really do need to step up their game.

7 people working behind the counter, and they can't open the drive thru because of staffing shortage...rediculous.Yeah, much better to stuff people together exposing them to illness...horrible pharmacy. Move your scripts to Walgreens or CVS...

The lady was very rude my prescription was sent over around 3:00pm I arrived @6:30 waited in the longest line ever. Ask the lady how much longer do she think it will be she got very smart and said she don’t know and made a comment about my condition I got the prescription sent to cvs and it got filled very quickly I will not go back to krogers anymore.

They seriously need people to help, so if anybody is looking for a job in the pharmacy technician area please apply at Kroger because a line that consistently has at least eight people in it every time and gets as long as like 25 it just takes forever to be able to complete a what used to be a fairly quick and simple task. They have so few employees at the moment I'm assuming due to the covid pandemic that they are not Staffing the drive-thru and it has been closed until further notice all people must actually come inside to visit the pharmacy. The inconvenience can be a real pain but I still gave four stars because the employees that do work behind that counter really work hard and efficiently to serve the customers.
