  The lines are always long. Everytime i scan something and put it in the bag it says i need assistance for almost everything 🙄 other than that everything is good the people are friendly just need more staff

  I felt like I was walking into an apocalyptic future. The store was as filthy as a barn stall. Felt very unsafe there and I may need to get checked for a foreign virus now. Will not return.

  Everything is always expired. I’m at work for another 8 hrs. Guess I gotta drink this expired tea. At least it isn’t the expired popcorn like last time, was able to take it back. U would think they would be on top of it after tht. I was wrong

  They treat you like your a inconvenience. Today I came in to pay a few bills and do shopping. I was told they couldn't do the bill payments because they are working on brakes. Then was told they won't have anyone to help me and the other people behind me for an hour and a half to 2 hours. I asked for a manager and even called to talk to one. Never got to talk to one. Never showed or answered the phone. I guess customers are just a burden not just to the employee's but to the management also.

  Customer service desk is slow they been help the same person for 30 minutes and no other employees will work the other register to help other customers

  They would get more than a 1 star but there pharmacy and little pharmacy workers think they are better than ppl and wanna talk to them a certain way it's ridiculous so Kroger's doesn't get my business for that reason I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels like this I've heard a lot of ppl mention how horrible the pharmacy is and this is for the Westside of Hamilton too they are all rude and not helpful they fight with you over YOUR medication like wth? No ty.

  I left this store in tears. I made a pickup order through Instacart, this was the closest store to my house that wasn’t only for delivery. My order was ready so I headed to this Kroger on S Erie and pulled up checked in and said I was there on the app. And associate came outside after 10 minutes of waiting. She said did you make an order through Instacart, I said yes I did. She said well I don’t have your order I can’t find it. Proceeded to act frazzled and said these new machines are confusing etc. She told me to call Instacart customer service. I called them and they said the order was there that I had 2 bags in the fridge and 7 on the shelf. THEN I go inside to go to customer service … I guess it was a few minutes after 8 at this time, (25 minutes after I initially got there) walk up to Customer service . This shorter women with shorter hair probably mid 60s was working. And I told her what was going on AFTER she told me they were closed (she did not want to be bothered) and she said we don’t deal with that. I said you don’t deal with customers that have a problem ? She said “Nope”. This Kroger is a complete joke. I needed those few things for dinner . Had to pull my 2 children out of the car and myself who is every bit of 8 months pregnant to go inside for them to tell me that customer service doesn’t deal with customers problems. I will NEVER shop her again.

  I really like shopping at Krogers because they have such a variety of products to choose from.
