This store is the worst place to use Western union. I have gone there the last 9 out of 10 times to send money but the counter was closed or the worker was not authorized to use WU.

Drove all the way over to the store because it says it was open until 11 pm and got there at 10:20 and the guy was locking up the door and told me id have to go elsewhere. Kinda rude and unprofessional. Maybe change what the hours are online and on Google maps.

Usually everything is pretty good at this store but a few weeks ago, I was in the self-checkout lane that has the long conveyer belt. I had a coupon to give to an employee and there were five young male employees standing around right near me, all talking and laughing and ignoring me. No one helped bagged my items which recently a girl employee did in that same check out. Finally after about three minutes one of the boys did help me when I kind of interrupted the group. He took the coupon off but didn’t help me bag groceries.
Another time there were all kind of employees right around the service desk but had a sign up saying it was closed, long before the time to close the desk. I was able to get a boy to open the desk and help me. The service desk should never be closed during the hours it’s supposed to be open! Maybe they need to be told to take their jobs more seriously.

Went Christmas eve morning at opening to get strawberries. After checking out at self check out, walked outside and there were 2 newspapers laying in front of the door, so I picked them up, thinking someone might trip over them, and took them inside, sat them on a cart the young dark haired lady was doing something with, and I told the girl that they were in front of the door, and I was afraid someone would trip over them. She immediately knocked them both off the cart and into the floor, and gave me a nasty look. I will never go in this store again. The most rude obnoxious behavior.

My mom bought a box of esther Price Chocolates. In my opinion, they were not cheap, $17. When she opened her box of chocolates, I was so excited, There were cobwebs, and the chocolate was molded. I am still in
shock. Fortunately.
Kroger's did refund our money. Needless.
To say we are no longer in the mood for any esther price Chocolates

Only issue I ever have here is the way they bag groceries. One and two small items in a bag. I haven't worked at krogers in a very long time but I still remember the training on how to bag. Lol

Usually this store is ok, not great but ok. Today, there was no one at the desk even though there were 3 people lined up, and the sign for the service desk said it should be open. The cashiers ignored us. Finally, we asked for a manager or to call someone. The 2 employees chatting at the opposite side of the checkout yelled across the store to us we would just have to wait. The older woman in the red vest was a little rude about it.
The 2 people in front of me just left.
I retreived a replacement for my damaged item. Then, I left the damaged item at the desk for them to figure out later.
If you ignore the customer long enough, they will eventually leave.
