Andrew was working alone in the store and had to divide himself up between us and another set of customers. He handled everything fabulously, so much so we bought 2 mattreses. Thank you Andrew (Andy) for being so knowledgeable, kind, patient and helping my husband and I through the process.

Andrew helped us choose a mattress within our price range. He was very patient and not overly aggressive about making a sale. We were very happy to see that the company had a great selection of mattresses within our budget. Our mattress is set to be delivered in a few short days after our purchase. I am especially excited about the free frame lift that comes with the mattress so thatI can sit upright with my son/ family & watch tv.

Defective mattress in 1st week after delivery. Broken inner spring on Tempur Pedic 12’ Pro Adapt Hybrid.
No help or representation was offered after the sale. I didn’t fault the salesman. As an honest G-d fearing man. My advice is buy elsewhere. The only help this store offers after you take delivery of defective merchandise is , “Go to this website” which is after 120 nights. I’m in my 1st 30 days. I should receive more help from the sales person. And this matter should be handled by the store at this short of period. My 1st payment isn’t even due yet… Please be careful. Not good business ethics. Can’t speak for every store or salesperson. This is my experience. My rating is fair. I was also sold a protecter. Not recommended by Tempur. They have one on it. And it hinders the mattress breathing. Be honest in business! I can’t say this about my salesman. If you have no alternative but to buy here. Ask for Wilson. He tried to help. But I bought from the manager. Whom out ranks him.
Fast forward to Today. After having to get BBB and Atorney General support. I got a refund. Was supposed to be in full per a voicemail I have saved on my phone. This is a sneaky and shady outfit. I don’t think they target every customer. I think they’re very clever on who they pick on. Usually someone with a disability (I would say as I’ve known shady people in my past life myself included. I wasn’t always fair and honest…) So I know how it works. The same mattress can be purchased directly from Temper Sealy who owns them. Also whom informed me about the protector sold me was unwise. I think the manufacturer knows best.
In the end I still lost about $400 to them. After getting a full refund. They breached our BBB resolution. I think I’m done with my losses. Thanks and be careful consumers!!!
I ended up with a Sleep Number And happy with my bed.
