Was put “on hold” after trying to call in for my brother only to hear whoever the female pharmacy tech is say “now his sister is calling” and hung up on me. That’s absolutely ridiculous, I get that he’s hard to understand but you didn’t have to “put me on hold”, talk about me, then hang up.

If you’re on a controlled substance avoid this pharmacy like the plague! The pharmacist that leads the pharmacy AMY will treat you like a drug seeking addict for wanting your medication on time and when you get upset she’ll say you’re being aggressive and refuse to sell it to you at all! She also lied to me and tried to gaslight me saying I picked up on a different day than I did to try and justify her refusal to give me my medication. Thank you AMY for showing such a complete lack of empathy and respect for another human being you truly are trash.

In 35 years of working in the medical field, I have NEVER had a Pharmacy Tech ask me about why I am taking certain medications, or why the Dr has me on both medications. I called and spoke to the Pharmacist, and told me those questions were to be asked by the Pharmacists only. The Pharmacists are wonderful, but the techs seem to think they have more authority than what they can and cannot do. They lie and tell you a medication is out, when in fact when you tell them you spoke to the Pharmacist, and you tell them that you know it’s ready, they rush back to fill it. Or tell you it’s out of stock and will be filled tomorrow or the day after. My advice, if they tell you any of these things, CALL and ask to speak to the Pharmacist. Most meds (heart, diabetic, etc.) need to be filled immediately and it is NOT up to the Pharmacy Tech to determine when or why you get your meds!DO NOT let people overstep their boundaries!Great Pharmacists, Pharmacy Techs, need to be retrained on what they can and cannot perform!

Reasonable prices. Helpful, professional staff. I have had too many instances of my medications not being in stock. This happens quite frequently. I'm going to look elsewhere for my medications. Hopefully, I can find a pharmacy nearby that can keep my medications in stock.

I just moved to Hamilton and switched my dogs medicine to Meijers pharmacy. They went above and beyond the entire process! I called and they had not yet received the prescription but they made a profile so it would be easier when they did receive it. Then called me promptly when they had it filled. Not only did they run it under a discount coupon, the lady cashing me out double checked. She found another discount coupon for a huge discount. I greatly appreciate the kindness and efficiency of this pharmacy!

I am a diabetic. I called to have my medicine filled they said sure I will have it all filled for you I'm ready instead of calling me and telling me that was a problem with my insulin they send my son home with my medicine I'm not my insulin I am in desperate need of my medicine they want to say they need a prior authorization they need this they need that all I had to do was call me is that when I call them I got laughed at she laughed at me when i very rudely spoken to I thought the pharmacist were supposed to be kind to people and when I said what do I do if I go into a diabetic coma very explaining to people

I have used the drive thru a couple of times in the last couple of weeks and will again today. They are so much easier and faster that walgreens. Kroger quit accepting Anthem insurance so I had to find an alternative. When Doc called in my prescription, Meijers of Hamilton called me immediately. Great Job Meijers!

The pharmacist with the long braids needs a reality check and to learn not to roll her eyes at people. I came after a long day of work to pick up my prescriptions that a text told me were both ready. Get there and find out that they didn't even order it in, because my insurance won't cover it. I've been paying out of pocket for it for years. I have lived all over the globe as a military dependent and NEVER had issues until I got here and started having to use Meijer. I hope that heifer is reading this. I moved from South Carolina where we're respectful until crossed and you need manners and a different job! I hope your days are filled with everything you deserve because being rude and rolling your eyes at people who just want their medication is garbage. I am tired of having these conversations with you every month.

I had the most pleasant experience at Meijer Pharmacy today. I had been stressing for 3 days about my prescriptions and how expensive they were. The pharmacy technician helped me TREMENDOUSLY! Got my prescriptions down from well over $150 to under $60. Not only that, but she was so patient when applying coupons and she even helped me to find coupons. 10/10 would recommend Meijer Pharmacy.

Horrible pharmacy employees! Beyond rude will never deal with them again. They aren't sure of anything and don't know how to do much. I'm really not sure how any of them got hired! The guy with the curly blonde hair is absolutely incompetent!
