They had what I needed. I was a bit disappointed to see that they do not carry Gorilla brand tape (local US manufacturer). I will go to Home Depot for that in the future.

Often find what we need here at Menards ; similar to a lowes or home depot with better deals and prices and options imo

Why is it so that Menards in Wisconsin were always well staffed, and this location in Hamilton seems to never have anyone working at all? This store has evolved into another Lowe’s or Home Depot, ie, in the very rare occasion of an employee sighting, they’ll just punt to someone else in xyz department.

They got rid of the pro desk in the front and to order anything you have to walk to the back of the store to get a ticket for it , then walk back to the front pay for it then drive around back to get it. They done away with will call for contractors so you cannot call in an order. Just plain crazy, terrible that they do contractors that way.
Ok so I just come to get tile they didn't have enough so I tried to order it and guess what , they are not allowed to bring the rest in for me. They told me to drive to Loveland or Reading they have it there if I wanted it.

I think they should give you a course on how to treat people. I really think that workers are there just to be and not serve the customer.

Special ordered a door in may. Delayed it 2x. Got text to come get. Waited 4 hours went to get. Waited 1 hr for them to tell me it wasnt there. Went home. Recieved text next day
From manager. Itll be here 21st. I called 22nd. Yep. Its here. In your hand? Lemme look. Cant find it. Refund my money. So they did except 3 dollars. And no reason why. They suck

I needed to replace the plastic guide clip on my kitchen pull drawer... it runs on a single center track. The store associate in that department (Jacob) was very polite, professional, and got me exactly what I needed. I had the time to look around on my way out! They have a bit of everything in here! Menards is more than hardware place. It should be listed as a 'Homeware' store, with more!

We love Menards, but they should really consider allowing guests to bring in their well-behaved dogs on leashes, even if they’re not service dogs. Our trips to menards are much shorter now since one of us has to wait in the car with our dog.

Dennis in the building and supplies department, Hamilton location, was very helpful to me. These days it is unusual to get such great customer service so I really appreciate it!
