These guys charged my grandma almost $1300 for front and rear breaks on a 2011 Chevy Impala LT. While the work was complete with no problems, I cannot vouch for any company that isn't honest. I also would like to mention that the employees I spoke with were not only unprofessional, but they could not explain or justify why the work was so expensive.
If you are looking for an auto mechanic work I would recommend Christian Brothers in Bridgewater Falls or Fairfield Automotive located on Dixie Highway. We have been using these mechanics for the past few years with no problems and very honest pricing for the exceptional service you receive. The only reason our car was taken to MIdas is because it was a 911 and unfortunately we were let down with the experience.

Worst shop ever been to guys don’t know what they are doing told me front wheel bearings were bad charged 2500 to replace wasn’t problem at all recharged my air told me compressor needed replaced broke coolant line rigged it up said they were going to replace because they broke it fix was put an old piece of rubber hose in place of the part they broke which blew off and left me stranded took car to another shop they checked the ac was nothing wrong with it other than had less than 1 lb Freon needs 3 this shop is a joke and a rip iff now 2 months later they got the part they broke Casey the manager told me bring it in and they would put it on would take 1/2 hour had appointment he told me tech would be here waiting on me got here at 8 am is now 930 and still waiting

Rude lil dudes in there, horrible services. Everybody knows Midas do the free plugs they act like they ain't never did them. Don't know why I wasted my time coming to this location

Today, on 6/8/2024, I took my truck to the Midas location in Hamilton,Ohio on S. Erie Blvd. to get a couple things done. One of the services I had done was a wheel alignment. I dropped the truck off at 12:00p.m. in the afternoon and was told that it would take about 1 1/2 hours. At 4;30 p.m. I called to check on the vehicle and they said it was not done yet. With that being said they closed at 5. At 4:55p.m. they called and said it was done so I proceeded to ask if everything went well and was good to go. “Yes everything went great and is ready to go” is what was told my the employee. I paid with my card over the phone and told them I would pick the truck up shortly that they could leave the key in it because I was out to dinner with my wife. Now a week prior I had everything on the front end steering and suspension replaced brand new. (Cv axles, upper and lower ball joints with new upper control arms, inner and outer tie rods, brand new wheel bearings, brake calipers, rotors and brake pads. Everything that has to do with doing an alignment was pretty much done. When I left the parking lot with the truck the steering wheel was way off centered , way worse than it was when I dropped it off, and pulling to the left. So that tells me that it was not done properly and/or rushed to get it done because it was closing time. Now I will have to miss my own work time from my job to make sure this gets addressed. This means that I paid to have it done and no will loose more money to take it back to try and get it corrected the right way. (I have already reached out to the corporate offices so we will see what happens). Very disappointed. Very disappointing unprofessional due to the fact that I specifically asked if it was all good to go and if there were any issues and was told NO it all went well and was good to go. I could just rant and go on and on due to the fact I am so pissed off about this.

came in today to get my oil changed in my bronco,the very kind assistant manager Dawson helped me and did the entire oil change for me. He even came out and heard me say I haven’t been here in a year,so he gave me a free tire rotation to welcome me back! Very friendly staff and quick team,will be back,thanks Dawson!

Midas rt 4..Had 10:00 appt. At 11:10 asked if they would be servicing my car soon. Told me it was all ready being serviced. I could see it was still in the parking lot. They finally took it in at 11:25.. I was early for my appointment. Another man came in after me for his 10:00 appointment. Took him right away. He was done before they even took me . I was there until 12:20 . Almost 2 1/2 hours for tire rotation and alignment. Because I was a woman?? Would never recommend them!

I had an issue with my vehicle and the assistant manager Dawson helped me with the problem, he heard my car and knew I needed new pads and rotors. The team got it done fast and efficiently. Will definitely return,thanks Midas!

I have been to the Midas on route 4 in Hamilton many many times I have had three different vehicles and went there for many different things and I will continue to go back they are very upfront about the cost and very time efficient just a great store

My wife was told over the phone to bring in our scooter tire to just get it on the rim. I brought it in and they looked at it but wouldn't touch it. Could have saved us a lot of trouble by telling us they don't service scooter tires to begin with. Thanks...
