  This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. They sold me a complete lemon and flat-out lied about the condition of the vehicle. I was told the brakes were brand new — they went bad almost immediately after purchase. When I brought the car back, I was made to wait for hours, only for them to do absolutely nothing.
  
  When I finally returned again, they “fixed” the brakes, but installed them incorrectly, which now causes my wheels to lock up while driving. That’s not just bad service — it’s dangerous. Instead of taking responsibility, they’ve been rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The staff constantly hang up the phone when confronted and refuse to own up to their mistakes.
  
  This company clearly does not care about customer safety or satisfaction. They expect me to drive an unsafe car an hour away just to deal with their mess. It’s unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone — they should not be allowed to keep operating under these conditions.

  I had a really bad experience with this shop. They originally told me my brakes needed to be fixed, and even promised to do it for free. When I came back for the repair, they suddenly said they didn’t remember saying that — and then claimed my brakes and rotors were brand new and didn’t need work at all.
  
  After I explained that my brakes were squeaking and squealing, the mechanic said he’d call me back, but never did. When I called again, they told me they were “working on the brakes,” which made no sense since they’d just said nothing was wrong.
  
  They ended up changing the brakes anyway — but didn’t even put the pins back on. When I called to get it fixed, the person I spoke with got defensive about my tone instead of taking responsibility. I apologized for sounding frustrated, but the truth is, they messed up my brakes. He even tried to say the pins must have “fallen off by themselves” after two weeks.
  
  That makes absolutely no sense. The whole experience was confusing, unprofessional, and unsafe. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Update it wasn’t just the pin, the brakes are on backwards!!! This is an extremely dangerous situation. Never shop from them!!

  Day 1 light came on, day 2 another light came on and day 3 another light came on and day 4 the alternator died. The car horn didnt work and i wasnt aware of that unti i got on the highway heading back to Ny. I was left without a car and income for 3 weeks. Ending up in a homeless situation with my kids and had to stay with a friend that ended up being a negaitive situation and now i have to attend court due to what the kids and i experience being stranded where we are. Drove the car for a week to get caught up and due to other bills that had to be paid it was taken right out the account. I had to get another bank account just so i could simply pay for the car and tend to the rest afterwards. Instead i was threaten to have repo come to the state im in to take the car if it wasnt paid for in a week cuz they feel like they should have been paid first when actually i should have never went through this in the first place. I had to get on foodstamps because of this car. My family moved to this state to start over and get happier memories and instead we got more trauma and credit issues. Im gratful for my car and what it cost and down payment wise so i wont say dont get a car from there but i will say bring your own mechanic if your able to so you dont get high hopes and left stranded and your job and family be at risk. School starts in Aug and hopefully my family makes it back down there. Today is my sons 12th birthday so im gonna do my best to enjoy this day with him and even though i cant do what i want for him.

  This is the worst place you can get a car from, their cars a junk cars and they know it but they'll just get it ready for you to do a test drive and as soon as you leave the lot in three days you start getting issues, I got a 2018 ford fusion from them and 3 days later the engine went dead, just don't go there

  Kolten was amazing with the process of me buying my truck, it to several test drives to find the perfect vehicle but, overall the customer service 10/10, cleaning of place was 10/10 thank you so much for this experience.
