Horrible experience! The place is moldy and so unsanitary! My nails look fine but they're very messy still, smelled so bad in there and no AC only fans. Waste of $40 please don't go here!

I'm still in so much shock and disbelief at the treatment I had received at this nail salon . First off when I walk in the place was fealthy, and had and intoxicating aroma. I was then greeted nicely so I stayed because I wanted to help out a small business. As I was seated the chair was sticky and looked as if it had not been cleaned. My nail tech then Started filling up the water for my pedicure. She didn't even ask if the water was warm enough because when I placed my feet to the water it was barely lukewarm. She proceeded to do the pedicure. I asked if they had a menu they looked at me like I was crazy . All I wanted to know was what kind of pedicure I was getting . I guess there only one kind . The bad kind because it lasted all if 10 min . And my nails were in a bowl of acid to take off my previous nails. Just one bowl one two hand. I was very uncomfortable. Then I was sent with a man with dirty fingers to do my nails . He didn't ask about what I wanted and he just started cutting my nails didn't ask what length. He was very rough with my hands . He didnt talk at all or answer any of my questions . I then knew I needed a new nail tech . So I asked for one . They looked at me like I was stupid. Then continued to tryna and shape my nails for 3 hours . It was so bad I wanted to cry . I ended up paying full price anyways

Ok well I am done with our Nail Salons in Hamilton. Bad experience at the Nail and Spa on Main so I went to QT Nails. Walk in Huge sign says Use Hand Sanitizer Before Signing In. OK It's Empty, Signed in Female ask what i am having done, I tell her pedicure she goes to start the water I am thinking what is the smell. As I am walking back to my seat What A Mess this Place Is. Everything Had Spudges On It Like Someone has been playing in Vaseline Spudges. The seats the little table next to you on the massage chair. The Floors Were Discusting There was 1 customer and 2 employees standing there..I told her never mind and started walking toward the front door wish I would of notice before I walked in. Because walking out I was Afraid to Even Touch It...Windex/Mr.Clean + Elbow Greese = Customers Coming Back..Sad Sad Experience

She filed my nails until they were sore but other than that it was good besides the fact she made my nails to long even though I said shorter.

I asked for French tips with stars and they couldn’t to it. So they gave me this there is many gaps in the blue. They also cut my nails with SCISSORS not even nails clippers I asked her to fix it multiple time then just left I paid 80 dollars for these and I will not be returning.

it’s a zero nails always popping off. Thin asf, weird shaped. i’ve had my nails fixed 4 times in 1 week. application terrible. no prep nothing

Brought my step daughter here and they did an amazing job her nails look very very good and her toes look very good she definitely left with a smile on her face she has been wanting them done for quite some time so I'm very pleased she was happy the owner here is very kind both time we had been here she was very friendly and helpful

The place is pretty run down but it’s never really busy and I’m usually a walk in and they get myself and my daughter in right away. I have only been here twice and the first visit was great but the second visit not so much. My daughter got a fill in and her nails turned out great. I told them to not make them long but they didn’t listen and made them long anyways. I just got a pedicure and the lady cut one of my big toe nails shorter than the other and not squared like the other one. So now I have two completely different shape and length big toe nails. Also she painted all the skin and nail around my left baby toe. It just looks ridiculous and it cost $50. I could have done a better job for free at home smh. It was $118 for a fill in and basic pedicure. They are way over priced, don’t listen, and did a horrible job on my toe nails. I doubt I will ever go back. To many other places that do better work for less.

My first time having my nails done at QT Nails. I walked away completely satisfied and happy with how I was treated and how pretty my nails looked. The price was more reasonable than the other local nail salons and they did a much better job. I will definitely go back to QT NAILS!!Service: Acrylic nails
