Shop likes to screw and glue. Never heard of spray painting without taping things off maybe that’s why my bumper was misplaced back on, paint was bubbling ($1,600 job) didn’t reconnect the lights, my car was literally vandalized BY THE SHOP how they make $50/h + for the work they do is sad. I’m currently looking for a lawyer to take them to small claims. New front end please, never knew clowns made so much money!!

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Rice auto body. I had received an estimate from another shop but when I went to Rice, I was greeted with friendliness and personal feeling. I knew right away I was using Rice auto body for my repairs. I was informed exactly what to do with steps for my insurance and given an appointment quickly. My car looks brand new!! Thank you

THE BEST AUTO BODY SHOP IN THE TRISTATE AREA HANDS DOWN!Rice Auto Body is second to none when it comes to auto body businesses. From customer service to excellent craftsmanship, you can count on Rice to do the job right and in a timely manner.My rear door, quarter panel, and bumper were recently ripped off by a semi truck. Rice Auto Body got me a quote that day whereas other body shops told me they couldn’t see me for at least a week to a month.They worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was informed on what was going on with my car.Once payment was handled, they were prepared with the parts and fixed my car quickly. The finished product is beautiful, good as new! Rice auto body is the only choice body work if you live the tristate area!
