Excellent chocolates and even better service! I placed an online order for a variety of chocolates for my family, especially my husband, whose sweet tooth is legend among family and friends. My order was close to a special occasion and I knew it would likely be late, but somehow the great people at Ruby's got it to me before that special day. That's care and service not often found anywhere! And then the compliments and cravings began. I had to hide a few pieces to even get to taste - and I was not disappointed. I'm about to place another order to get us through those blah days until spring and encourage everyone to do the same or keep Ruby's in mind for a delicious gift in a pretty package. You won't be sorry.

I love the peanut butter dipped pretzels and the peanut butter chocolate covered Oreos. I always go out of my way to stop in and see what the selection is at Jungle Jim’s. I love supporting a local business and everything they make is so delicious.

We had to stop by opening day after seeing the beautiful truffles on her instagram page. Got 6 different types, and oh wow they are incredible. Somehow they taste even better than they look, which is saying a lot!!

Wonderful! Ruby’s came to my work today and this was the first time I’ve had these chocolates. Absolutely delicious! The employees were very helpful and nice, as well. I will have to visit the brick and mortar location for what I’m sure will be another great experience.

GREAT Truffle cakes and even better customer service. I discovered the truffles at Jungle Jim's and had to find out who makes them. I found Ruby's online and immediately placed an order. But, when I paid using Apple Pay, I chose the wrong pick-up location and my e-mail address was incorrect. ALL my fault. I sent a message on facebook and received a response within minutes. The owner graciously changed my pick-up location and had my order ready in no time. The shop in Oakley is cute, clean and visually appealing. The owner was there and made it a point to speak to me. What a great experience. If you have not tried Ruby's Chocolates, then you are missing out on something great!!!

I live 106 miles away from Ruby's, and will absolutely continue to order Ruby's from 106 miles away from here on out. The truffle cakes and chocolates are scrumptious, and the service is impeccable. The shipping was fast, and my order was received well before I needed it. The only regret I have was not making sure I ordered extra for myself :) Thanks, Ruby's!
