I have been taking my dogs here for 4-5 years and they have always been so kind & gentle to them. In the past, we have taken my 2 dogs to Biscuit Bath & Beyond, Master’s Touch Pet Grooming, Bow Wow Boutique, etc… but they were never comparable to Ruff 2 Fluff. We see Nya on a regular basis and she has been amazing! Very sweet girl who cares for the dogs. They are decently priced, super clean, detail-oriented, and most importantly my dogs aren’t terrified of the place as it is also calmer in comparison to some other businesses. Every dog is controlled and genuinely taken care of. We have never had one bad experience with any of the staff. Amazing business!

They treated my senior dog so well! She was sweet smelling with well trimmed nails when I picked her up, but most importantly she wasn't stressed out like she often is after a groomer visit. Will certainly be a regular customer!

We took our chocolate lab here yesterday for a bath, toothbrush, etc.. He is still young and pretty rambunctious (which I know can be very annoying for others at times) and they were nothing but nice. These ladies did a fabulous job. He looks and smells amazing. His coat is soooo shiny!

Absolutely the sweetest, most dog loving ladies on earth! They are so patient and kind to my little Drama King doggy. Even as he’s whining about having to stay still and get his toes grinded, his tail just wags because he loves them so much!!!

This place is awesome! Our French bulldog gives anyone a run for their money on baths and will not let anyone trim his nails. Ruff 2 Fluff was up for the job and did amazing! 2nd time for his nails and first time for grooming and he came home smelling amazing. Definitely will be taking him there regularly and would definitely recommend! And they are super friendly! Thanks! XOXO-Milo and family

The website is both vague & misleading, regarding price. I specifically asked about pricing BEFORE services rendered, then my boyfriend unknowingly paid twice the amount agreed upon. He gave them another chance but they did the same thing. ??

Love everything about this place! Kind and caring staff! Both my dogs had a great experience! Appreciate the staff so much! Especially with my dogs that are a little nervous and intimidating looking! A great piece of mind!

We picked up our dog from her second appointment with this groomer to complaints from the staff about our dog barking. Our dog is from a very vocal breed and yes she does bark a lot. The complaining put a bad taste in my mouth as I felt the incessant volume was unnecessary and uncalled for. They’re dog groomers, they should expect barking. What really upset me was when after we checked out, the woman who checked us out made a snide comment about how if our dog was her dog she would muzzle her. The nastiness of the comment made me very uncomfortable and quite frankly, made me concerned for my dogs safety at this groomer. Safe to say, we will never be going back.
