The website clearly states the gate opens from 8am to 8pm! I just left at 8:30 not open..thanks a lot. Now I get to drive around with PWCs on a trailer have to find somewhere to disconnect them to continue my day. Very, wholly disorganized and unprofessional. I couldn't even call to get in..

What kind of people are you that when a person finds out her mothers ashes are in a storage unit that apparently the ex never paid for and is told they can't give them to her unless she pays for the unit?? How disgusting and I hope that whoever bought the unit didn't throw it out! She lives in Illinois by the way..garbage!
