Just switched over from Verizon and have been in the store a few times last few days. Everyone has been awesome! Very friendly staff and they went above and beyond to make sure that all of our questions were answered. Really loving the service so far, thanks for making it such a great experience.

My phone was not charging properly and I couldn't figure out what was going on. I got it taken care of at T-Mobile. I appreciate honesty and the young man who assisted me. Thank you T-Mobile.

Nothing against the store itself but T-Mobile as a company is ridiculous. Terrible cell service and wifi that doesn’t even work in my home. On top of that, I’ve been attached to this company since 2018/2019 and now they want to get rid of the autopay discount unless you use your personal bank card. I’m not giving my information to a corporation that lets data leaks happen just because they want to be greedy and not pay the credit card tax.

I made two trips within a week To the TMobile store to get an ipadupgrade my phone and get an internet hub for my house. Trevor and John/Jon were both attentive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate the exceptional customer service. Thank you!

John at this store really serviced me and my account well. They qualified me to the max and got me on the new go 5g plus plan. The manager Adam is such a nice fella. He has the best head of hair ever! Overall a great experience and will return!

Be wary of upgrading to new phones. Salesperson assured me that I could upgrade for free with no changes to my plan. I upgraded 5 phones back in June and still am being overbilled and charged for phones they said were free. I am out hundreds of dollars and have spent hours on the phone with T. Mobile to fix. Always promised that it will be fixed on the next bill. Ha -shame on me for believing the salesperson. Hope someone reads this and learns from my very expensive mistake! Be very wary about any upgrades.

John M totally rocked helping me out figuring out an issue on my cell phone! Greeted me as soon as I came in the door. I was honest to say I'm not a techy person and needed help. He was patient showing me what the issue was and moving forward, how not to make the mistake again.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The manager was an absolute j*** and didn’t even listen to what I had to say, probably because the issue didn’t pertain to him. Sprint/T-Mobile is a joke and I’d recommend any phone service other than them. Also just a recommendation I would not ever have auto pay set up. Since October 2021 I have been charged over my payment amount each month and after endless phone calls, nothing has been resolved nor credited.

Went in to pay off my phone and upgrade to a 13. When we entered the store the sales person asked what we needed and I said I wanted to get a new phone. He looked confused and finally went to the computer to look up my account. Again he asked what I wanted to do and I said I want to upgrade to a 13 and I wanted to know what sales were happening. He said he didn't know what sales were going on. He kept looking at the computer and told us we needed to pay off my 11- we said that's what we want to do. I ask how much the payment would be and again he said I needed to pay off my phone. Again I told him I was going to do that. Finally I just said I would keep my 11 and left. I have never had such poor service. Easy sale and he let us walk out the door. Won't be back.
